A system to convert and dispense pressurized gas(es) of cryogenic liquids of gas(es), and systems and methods to efficiently convert liquid natural gas (LNG) to compressed natural gas (CNG) and low pressure natural gas (NG) and other cryogenic liquids of gas. The system requires one dedicated pressure vessel of horizontal and vertical elements at the dispensing location to convert, retain, store, and dispense multiple pressures of gas from a cryogenic liquid supply such as a non-dedicated high pressure cryogenic personal supply tank. The system efficiently modifies and controls parameters of volume, pressure, and temperature in conversion scale to retain all converted product under human control to dispense without process required waste for use in commercial, industrial, and in particular single family residential applications and service can be accomplished by pickup truck and trailer, where semi trucks, big rig trucks and process pollution are not welcome.

The present invention relates to a curve-combined square pressure tank with which curves are combined so as to maintain internal high pressure, improve space efficiency, and reduce the weight thereof, and to a pressure tank, in which planes and curves are combined, formed by connecting flat plate members and curved members, having a plurality of aligned tension members for connecting the flat plate members facing each other, and having stress buffer parts formed at connection parts of the flat plate members and the curved members so as to enable internal pressure to be maintained.

Additively manufactured reinforced structure

A grid stiffened structure which includes a wall which extends in a direction transverse relative to a plane and an elongated rib connected along an elongated dimension of the rib to the wall such that the elongated rib extends along the wall and forms an angle with an axis which extends in a direction perpendicular to the plane. The elongated rib defines a free sidewall which extends from the wall positioned on a first side of the elongated rib and extends in a direction about the elongated rib and transverse to the elongated dimension to the wall positioned on a second side of the elongated rib. The wall and the elongated rib are constructed of a plurality of layers of material which extend in a direction transverse to the axis.

A method for the production of a bladder accumulator (10) that separates two media chambers (16, 18) from one another in a storage housing (12) by a bladder body (14). The following production steps include extruding a plastic tube over the bladder body (14), shaping the plastic tube with the integrated bladder body (14) in a molding tool that corresponds to a predeterminable plastic core container (20), and winding at least one plastic fiber from the outside on the plastic core container (20) for the purpose of creating the storage housing (12).

HYDROGEN OCCLUSION CARTRIDGE

A hydrogen storage cartridge small and lightweight allows storage and discharge of hydrogen at low pressure and normal temperature. It also can effectively absorb the volume expansion accompanying atomization of a hydrogen storage alloy that occurs due to repeated storage and discharge of hydrogen, and therefore a hydrogen storage cartridge (A) is provided in which deformation due to repeated use, and in particular irregular deformation, extremely unlikely, also it can effectively avoid hydrogen storage irregularities of the hydrogen storage alloy. The hydrogen storage cartridge (A) is used for storage of hydrogen contained in biomass thermal decomposition gas, wherein the material of the hydrogen storage cartridge (A) is pure titanium, and the hydrogen storage cartridge (A) includes in the interior space (1), as a hydrogen storage alloy, at least one hydrogen storage alloy selected from the group comprising lanthanum mischmetal/nickel, titanium/iron, calcium/nickel, and lanthanum/nickel.
