METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY REPLACING HIGH-PRESSURE GAS BARRELS
Disclosed is a method for automatically replacing high-pressure gas barrels, in which when loading a high-pressure gas barrel is loaded on the lift of a cabinet so as to supply gas to the wafer production line in the semiconductor fabrication FAB process facility, at the time point of replacement of the high-pressure gas barrel, a used high-pressure gas barrel is separated from a connector holder and then a new high-pressure gas barrel is connected to the connector holder.
PRESSURIZED GAS CONTAINER WITH AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATING THE EXPIRY DATE OF THE GAS
The invention relates to a pressurized gas container, in particular a gas cylinder, having an internal volume for gas storage, a fluid-distributing valve, a pressure sensor and microprocessor-based control means. The microprocessor-based control means are configured to detect filling of the gas container with gas, by comparing said at least one pressure value measured by the pressure sensor with at least one predefined and stored reference pressure threshold value; then to initiate a timer on the basis of a detection of filling of the gas container with gas; and to trigger a warning when the timer exceeds a given period calculated from the initiation of the timer.
VIRTUAL GASEOUS FUEL PIPELINE
Various embodiments provide an end-to-end gaseous fuel transportation solution without using physical pipelines. A virtual pipeline system and methods thereof may involve transportation of gaseous fuels including compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG), and/or adsorbed natural gas (ANG). An exemplary pipeline system may include a gas supply station, a mother station for treating gaseous fuels from the gas supply station, a mobile transport system for receiving and transporting the gaseous fuels, and user site for unloading the gaseous fuels from the mobile transport system. The unloaded gaseous fuels can be further used or distributed.
Compressed natural gas vehicle safety system and method
A multiply-redundant system that prevents a driver from starting and/or moving a vehicle if a compressed natural gas fill system is not correctly and completely disconnected from the vehicle. One or more sensors in combination with one or more optional microswitches combine to lock-out the vehicle's ignition or otherwise prevent it from starting and/or moving. For different levels of safety, different combinations of sensors can be used with the lowest level having a single proximity sensor sensing the presence or absence of a high-pressure fill hose. The highest level of safety being achieved by having separate proximity sensors on the fuel fill hose fitting, the gas cap cover and a manual safety valve along with a redundant microswitch. An optional override that may be restricted as to the number of times it can be used can allow starting with a faulty sensor in order to allow maintenance.
BOIL-OFF GAS RELIQUEFACTION SYSTEM AND METHOD OF DISCHARGING LUBRICANT OIL FROM BOIL-OFF GAS RELIQUEFACTION SYSTEM
Disclosed is a method of discharging lubricant oil from a BOG reliquefaction system configured to reliquefy BOG by compressing the BOG by a compressor, cooling the compressed BOG through heat exchange with non-compressed BOG by a heat exchanger, and reducing a pressure of fluid cooled through heat exchange by a pressure reducer. In the lubricant oil discharge method, the compressor comprises at least one oil-lubrication type cylinder and it is determined that it is time to discharge condensed or solidified lubricant oil, if at least one of preset conditions is satisfied.
Gas cylinder monitoring system
A gas cylinder monitoring system is disclosed having a gas cylinder for receiving and distributing gas contained therein, a first monitoring system associated with the gas cylinder operable to monitor data associated with the gas cylinder and having a transmitter operable to broadcast the data at a controlled time and/or time interval in a discrete advertisement package, and a second monitoring system associated with one or more locations in which the first monitoring system may reside and having a receiver operable in a first mode to receive the advertisement package broadcast from the first monitoring system when the second monitoring system is within range of the first monitoring system.
Pressurized fluid device and valve and method of identification
A valve for a pressurized fluid, including a body housing a fluid circuit including an upstream end configured to be placed in communication with a reserve of pressurized fluid and a downstream end configured to be placed in communication with a user apparatus, the circuit including a control valve controlling the flow rate in the circuit, the control valve being operated by a mobile actuating member to command the opening or the closing thereof, the valve including a first wireless remote communications electronic member using electromagnetic data waves, wherein the first electronic communication member is secured to a support component mounted to move on the body of the valve between at least a first position and a second position with respect to the body.
Tank state-detecting breathing air charger
The present invention relates to a breathing air charger for detecting a tank state, capable of providing air properly adjusted in the concentration of oxygen and nitrogen to a breathing air tank used by a firefighter or a scuba diver, and of effectively discharging air from the breathing air tank.
METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING FAILURE OF FLOWMETER IN MEASURING MACHINE AND HYDROGEN FILLING DEVICE
According to one aspect of the present invention, a method for diagnosing a failure of a flowmeter in a measuring machine, includes calculating a filling amount at an end of filling of the hydrogen gas into a tank from the measuring machine by using a pressure, a temperature, and a volume of the tank; and determining whether or not the flowmeter fails by using a plurality of error values between a metering filling amount at the end of filling measured using the flowmeter and a calculated filling amount at the end of filling calculated using the pressure, the temperature, and the volume of the tank, the plurality of error values being based on a plurality of past performance data stored in a storage device, and an error value at the end of filling of the hydrogen gas at a present time, and outputting a result.
GAS CONTAINER WITH DISPLAY OF THE FLOW AND OF THE CORRESPONDING AUTONOMY
The invention relates to a gas container equipped with a gas distribution valve having an electronic device for measuring gas autonomy. Flow selection means allow a desired gas flow to be selected. The electronic device includes a pressure sensor. Signal processing means allow gas autonomies to be determined on the basis of the pressure signal and of the selectable gas flows. A selection component cooperates with the signal processing means in order to successively display, on data display means and in response to successive digital activations by the user of the selection component, the various selectable flow values and the various corresponding autonomies, with each flow value being simultaneously displayed with a corresponding autonomy.
