Method for delivering a fluid stored in liquefied form to an end user in gaseous form
A system and method is disclosed for storing a fluid in a storage vessel in liquefied form and delivering it in gaseous form to an end user through a supply line. The system comprises a pressure relief circuit for returning the fluid from the supply line to the vessel when predetermined conditions are met. The pressure relief circuit comprises a return line connected to the supply line and the storage vessel, a diversion line to divert the fluid elsewhere and a switching device operable to direct the fluid to either one of the lines, as a function of predetermined conditions.

Disclosed is a method of discharging lubricant oil from a BOG reliquefaction system configured to reliquefy BOG by compressing the BOG by a compressor, cooling the compressed BOG through heat exchange with non-compressed BOG by a heat exchanger, and reducing a pressure of fluid cooled through heat exchange by a pressure reducer. In the lubricant oil discharge method, the compressor comprises at least one oil-lubrication type cylinder and it is determined that it is time to discharge condensed or solidified lubricant oil, if at least one of preset conditions is satisfied.

BOIL-OFF GAS RELIQUEFACTION SYSTEM, METHOD FOR DISCHARGING LUBRICATING OIL IN BOIL-OFF GAS RELIQUEFACTION SYSTEM, AND ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY METHOD
Disclosed is a BOG reliquefaction system. The BOG reliquefaction system includes: a compressor compressing BOG; a heat exchanger cooling the BOG compressed by the compressor through heat exchange using BOG discharged from a storage tank as a refrigerant; a bypass line through which the BOG is supplied to the compressor after bypassing the heat exchanger; a second valve disposed on a second supply line through which the BOG used as the refrigerant in the heat exchanger is supplied to the compressor, the second valve regulating a flow rate of fluid and opening/closing of the second supply line; and a pressure reducer disposed downstream of the heat exchanger and reducing a pressure of fluid cooled by the heat exchanger, wherein the compressor includes at least one oil-lubrication type cylinder and the bypass line is joined to the second supply line downstream of the second valve.

The present invention relates to a method and a system for supplying liquefied gas source tank (110) to a liquefied gas consumer tank (200) and/or liquefied gas consumer, wherein the liquefied gas is supplied via a transfer line (130, 140, 210) to the liquefied gas consumer tank (200) and/or the liquefied gas consumer, and wherein after having supplied liquefied gas to the liquefied gas consumer tank (200) and/or liquefied gas consumer, residual liquefied gas remaining in at least a part of the transfer line (130, 140, 210) is drained into a liquefied gas holding tank (120) and a pressurized gas is then fed into the liquefied gas holding tank (120) in order to return at least a part of the residual liquefied gas in the holding tank via a return line (160) back into the liquefied gas source tank (110).
Set for dispensing liquefied gas
A set (10) for dispensing liquefied gas from a vessel (100) comprises a supporting structure (1), a pump (2) and a conditioning system (4). The supporting structure is designed for maintaining both the pump and the conditioning system inside the vessel when the set is in operation condition for dispensing a flow of liquefied gas. The set allows easy handling, simple fitting to the vessel and easy removal from the vessel because a main part of said set can be handled as a one-block element.

The present invention relates to a method and a system for supplying liquefied gas source tank (110) to a liquefied gas consumer tank (200) and/or liquefied gas consumer, wherein the liquefied gas is supplied via a transfer line (130, 140, 210) to the liquefied gas consumer tank (200) and/or the liquefied gas consumer, and wherein after having supplied liquefied gas to the liquefied gas consumer tank (200) and/or liquefied gas consumer, residual liquefied gas remaining in at least a part of the transfer line (130, 140, 210) is drained into a liquefied gas holding tank (120) and a pressurized gas is then fed into the liquefied gas holding tank (120) in order to return at least a part of the residual liquefied gas in the holding tank via a return line (160) back into the liquefied gas source tank (110).

Disclosed is a method of monitoring pressure in a fire suppression system of an aircraft, the method providing: receiving a first pressure-vessel measured pressure from a first pressure-vessel pressure transducer connected to a first pressure-vessel; receiving a second pressure-vessel measured temperature from a second pressure-vessel temperature sensor connected to a second pressure-vessel; calculating a first pressure-vessel estimated pressure from the second pressure-vessel measured temperature; comparing the first pressure-vessel measured pressure With the first pressure-vessel estimated pressure; and providing a depressurization alert when a difference between the first pressure-vessel measured pressure and the first pressure-vessel estimated pressure is greater than a threshold thereby avoiding unscheduled aircraft downtime due to an erroneous or missing temperature measurement in the first pressure-vessel.

The invention relates to an indoor safety device for a liquefied fuel gas system, the system comprising a storage device storing liquefied fuel gas; a vent member arranged in fluid communication with the gas inside the storage device; and a safety valve arranged to evacuate gas when the pressure inside the storage device exceeds a predetermined first value, the safety device comprising: a vent coupling; a pressure relief valve arranged downstream of the vent coupling; and a conduit for conveying gas, adapted to be connected to the pressure relief valve, the safety device being removably connected to the system by connecting the vent coupling to the vent member, wherein the pressure relief valve is configured to release gas when the pressure inside the storage device exceeds a predetermined second value, lower than the first value.
