A lighting module for automobile vehicles, including at least one optical module adapted to produce a first cut-off beam; a support plate for a heatsink; the heatsink adapted to receive the optical module; wherein the support plate includes a first surface; the heatsink includes rotational adjustment means adapted to enter into contact with the first surface of the support plate; and to pivot about a particular rotation axis so as to position the first cut-off beam produced by the optical module at a reference position.
Vehicle lamp, inspection method of vehicle lamp, and inspection apparatus for vehicle lamp
A vehicle lamp includes a light emitting source, a support substrate configured to support the light emitting source, a heat sink configured to support the support substrate and dissipate heat from the light emitting source, and a light controller configured to control light from the light emitting source. The heat sink includes an opening configured to measure the radiant heat of the support substrate.
Lighting device for a vehicle headlight
The invention relates to a lighting device (1) for a vehicle headlight, wherein the lighting device comprises: at least one LED light source (2), at least one light-shaping optics body (3), which is paired with the at least one LED light source (2), and at least one LED light source carrier (4), on which the at least one LED light source (2) is fastened. In accordance with the invention, positioning means (3a, 3b, 3c) for positioning the at least one LED light source carrier (4) are provided on the optics body (3), positioning means (30; 3a) for the subsequent positioning of a heat sink (5) on the optics body (3) are also provided, wherein a fixing element (6) is also provided, which can be fastened to the optics body (3) in such a way that in the fastened state the fixing element (6) presses the heat sink (5) against the LED light source carrier (4), such that this is fixed in its position on the optics body (3).
Lighting module with detachable control device
A lighting module includes at least one light source arranged on a first printed circuit board, a support secured to the first printed circuit board, and a light source controlling device connected to the first printed circuit board by a flexible electrical link, the controlling device having integrated retaining means for detachably holding the controlling device on the support.
Headlight
A headlight, especially a motor vehicle headlight, comprises a bushing (1) with a translucent cover (2) forming an inner chamber (3) including a light source (4), an optical system (5) for guiding the light beam from the light source, a cooling body having the light source mounted thereon and fitted with cooling elements (61) to extract heat from the heat source, and a cooling channel (7) for passage of the cooling media for heat extraction from the cooling elements. The cooling channel is closed with respect to the chamber to prevent the cooling media from passing through the chamber outside the cooling channel The body forms the wall of a part of the cooling channel, and the cooling elements face the inner space of the cooling channel. The part of the cooling channel whose wall comprises the cooling body is arranged in a controlled movable way in the inner chamber.
FRONT STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE
A front structure of a vehicle is provided with a vehicle front lamp disposed at each end portion of a vehicle front portion in a vehicle width direction. The vehicle front lamp includes a headlight, a cover member, and a lighting accessory. The cover member is disposed above the headlight. The lighting accessory is disposed above a rear portion of the headlight and below the cover member. The vehicle front lamp is provided with a ventilation path that is formed outward or inward of the headlight in the vehicle width direction below the cover member and that allows traveling wind from a vehicle front side to pass toward a vehicle rear side.
Vehicle lamp
A lamp for a vehicle comprises a lens disposed on an optical axis, a light source disposed at a rear of a focal point of the lens, a reflector configured to reflect light emitted from the light source forward, a supporting plate configured to be coupled to a lower part of the reflector, a first coupling unit configured to couple the supporting plate and the reflector from a front of the supporting plate and the reflector, and a second coupling unit configured to couple the supporting plate and the reflector from a rear of the supporting plate and the reflector. The first coupling unit and the second coupling unit have different coupling surfaces from each other.
VEHICLE LAMP
The present disclosure provides a vehicle lamp including: a main bracket pivotably supported to a lamp body; and a sub-bracket pivotably supported to the main bracket. A first optical unit is supported directly to the main bracket, and three second optical units are supported to the main bracket via the sub-bracket. An optical axis adjustment for the first optical unit and the three second optical units is collectively performed by pivoting of the main bracket, and an optical axis deviation between the first optical unit and the three second optical units is corrected by pivoting of the sub-bracket.
LED DEVICE WITH FLEXIBLE THERMAL INTERFACE
The present invention relates to a LED device at least comprising a LED module with one or several LEDs mounted on a carrier, a heat sink or heat spreader and a thermal interface between the carrier and the heat sink. The carrier is thermally connected via the thermal interface to the heat sink. The thermal interface is formed of a member of a heat-conducting material, which is ductile at least during assembling of the device and allows to arrange the heat sink in orientation and position substantially independent from the carrier. The proposed LED device allows for flexible design solutions of the thermal components as well as the overall design, e. g. for applications in automotive lighting.
VEHICLE LAMP
The present disclosure provides a vehicle lamp including: a circuit board having a front surface and a rear surface and mounted with a light emitting element on the front surface; a heat dissipating member disposed to be opposite to the circuit board; a spacer disposed between the circuit board and the heat dissipating member to hold an interval between the circuit board and the heat dissipating member; and a coating type insulative heat conducting member disposed between the circuit board and the heat dissipating member.
