Central shaft power connector for lighted ornaments
A central shaft power connector for lighted ornaments is disclosed. A central support pole, such as for a Christmas tree is made in multiple parts joinable with an electrical and mechanical connector which joins the pole parts and simultaneously connects power or other circuits from one part to the other. The connector has two engaging sections and an outrigger platform which locates a connector off to the side of the poles but in alignment. Final alignment is obtained by a key and keyway in the connector parts. The connector is friction fit into a slot on each section so that the connector can be removed and replaced.
Modular lighting system using hangers and power bars
A modular lighting system for providing light in various areas includes one or more canopies, a set of bars, a set of hangers for supporting the bars from canopies and, optionally other supports, a set of pendants with light emitting elements and a set of hangers for supporting the pendants from the bars. The bars include two segments with conductive rails disposed or imbedded in their inner surfaces. The hangers have one or two rods and bases shaped and sized for mounting on the bars with the rods contacting the conductive rails. The hangers and bars cooperate to allow the hangers to be placed anywhere along the bars. Pendants can be hanged on the bars singly, or in clusters. In this manner systems can be formed easily and quickly to achieve systems having various esthetic and utilitarian configurations.

Connector and associated lighting assembly
A connector for use in association with a lighting assembly that allows for components to be quickly assembled in an easily aligned configuration, including: a body having a first end, a second end, an interior sidewall, and an exterior sidewall; wherein the first end of the body and the second end of the body define a length therebetween; wherein a portion of the exterior sidewall of the body is threaded proximate the first end; wherein a portion of the exterior sidewall of the body is non-threaded proximate the second end; a first aperture associated with the first end of the body; a second aperture associated with the second end of the body; and a conduit positioned between the first aperture and the second aperture, wherein the conduit is adapted for containing an electrical cord from an associated lighting assembly.
Spliced lamp
A spliced lamp, including a plurality of lamp posts connected in sequence. Light-transmitting covers are arranged at the sides of the lamp posts, the light-transmitting covers being fixed to the lamp posts, a circuit board being arranged in each lamp post, a light-emitting part being arranged on the circuit board, light emitted by the light-emitting part being transmitted by the light-transmitting cover, and adjacent lamp posts being connected through a connector. Before packaging and transportation, the circuit board and the light-transmitting cover are first installed on the lamp post, and then the lamp post is packaged and transported, so that the packaging space can be saved. During the packaging and transportation, an excessively long packaging box is not needed. After the transportation in place, adjacent lamp posts are connected by means of the connector, and the installation is convenient and quick.
