Elevated structure-mounted lighting system
An improved elevated structure-mounted lighting system is disclosed. The lighting system may be used on drilling rigs, or with other applications, including for drilling, production, refineries, frac sites, construction, and other industrial applications that may use tower/mast type equipment. The improved elevated structure-mounted lighting system may accommodate any style or design of crown section of a drilling rig and may be mounted on a pole or independent mount system.
Work Light
A work light includes at least one power supply unit, and at least one light unit, and at least one connection unit. The power supply unit, the light unit and the connection unit are electrically connected with each other. The light unit is detachably and pivotally coupled to the connection unit. When two or more of the light units are provided, the light units are coupled with each other in series via the connection unit. By changing the number of the light units, an overall length of the work light is selectively adjusted to adjust an illumination range of the work light according to different illumination applications.
INDUSTRIAL LIGHTING DEVICE
Industrial lighting device including a light source and a sealed housing containing the light source. The housing includes a support delimiting a housing window extending opposite the light source, a window pane sealing the housing window, and a sealing gasket extending along the periphery of the housing window and compressed between the window pane and the support. The device includes a filter extending in front of the housing window, outside the housing. The filter includes a frame defining a frame window which is removably fixed to the housing, in an assembled position in which the frame window is opposite the housing window, and an optical film fixed to the frame and sealing the frame window. The device includes an elastic compression member arranged between the support and the frame.
PUT WALL CUSTOMIZABLE LIGHT INTEGRATION SYSTEM, DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
The customizable item sorting system is configured to guide a sorter to sort items to match specific orders for a shipper to ship. The system includes sorter light boxes to be customizably positioned at a respective shelf, and each configured to be coupled in a chain of sorter light boxes. A plurality of shipper light boxes are each configured to be coupled to a respective sorter light box and also positioned at the respective shelf. A hub is coupled to a first sorter light box in the chain and operates as a concentrator of control signals and power for the plurality of sorter light boxes in the chain. A power supply is configured to be coupled to the hub and supply power to the sorter light boxes and shipper light boxes. A controller is configured to be coupled to the hub and generate the control signals for the sorter light boxes in the chain of sorter light boxes based upon commands received via an externally coupled network, and a repeater is configured to be coupled within the chain to push power along the chain.
UNDER CHASSIS LIGHT
A light assembly configured to be removably coupled to a ferromagnetic support surface includes a base with a magnetic coupling member, a battery coupled to the base, an arm pivotally coupled to the base, and a light head pivotally coupled to the arm such that a position of the light head relative to the base is adjustable. The light head includes a light-emitting element powered by the battery. The magnetic coupling member is configured to support the light assembly by magnetic attraction to the support surface.
Flood light
A light includes a housing with a top face, a bottom face, a first side face, a second side face, and a surface arranged adjacent to the bottom face. The light also includes a head pivotally coupled to the housing, with a diffuser and a plurality of LEDs configured to emit light through the diffuser. The light also includes a power source configured to provide power to the plurality of LEDs. The top face, the bottom face, the first side face, the second side face, and the surface are each configured to support the light, and the surface is oriented at an oblique angle with respect to the bottom face.

PORTABLE LIGHTING SYSTEM INCLUDING LIGHT TOWER AND INVERTER HAVING REMOVABLE BATTERY PACK
A light tower includes a base having a plurality of wheels, an extendible mast coupled to the base, a battery pack positioned between the wheels and the extendible mast, a housing coupled to the base and having a main battery receiver and a supplemental battery receiver, a light assembly coupled to the extendible mast and electrically coupled to the battery pack, and an inverter configured to receive and convert a direct current power from the battery pack into an alternating current power. The main battery receiver defines an internal cavity having an open top side, and the supplemental battery receiver defines a slot arranged on an exterior of the housing.
ELECTRONICALLY-CONTROLLED PORTABLE LIGHTING TOWER
A portable lighting tower includes a frame, a mast coupled to the frame including a light, a plurality of legs coupled to the frame, each leg including an actuator operable to deploy and retract the respective leg, a controller operatively coupled to the actuators and configured to control operation of the actuators, and a tilt sensor operably coupled to the controller and configured to generate a tilt signal indicative of a tilt of the portable lighting tower relative to horizontal. The controller is configured to determine a grade of the portable lighting tower based on the tilt signal, determine an extended length of each leg based on the determined grade of the portable lighting tower, and, after determining the extended length of each leg, operate each of the actuators to deploy the respective leg from a storage configuration to the determined extended length.
