Portable battery steam cleaner
The present invention provides a portable battery steam cleaner comprising in combination of a hollow main body, in which a water tank, peristaltic pump, control system and lithium battery; the water tank in connection with the input of the peristaltic pump; the output of the peristaltic pump in connection with one end of silicone hose; and the other end of silicone hose in connection with the steam generator. The present invention can continuously transport liquid from the water tank, through the silicone hose, into the steam generator, and thus eject steam continuously for cleaning purposes.
Evaporator with integrated heat recovery
An evaporator with integrated heat recovery incorporates a vapor tube in a combustion chamber surrounded by a water jacket. The water jacket is in fluid communication with an exhaust gas heat exchanger. Coolant circulates through the exhaust gas heat exchanger to recover heat from exhaust gasses leaving the combustion chamber and then circulates through the water jacket surrounding the combustion chamber to recover heat not delivered to the operating fluid. The evaporator may incorporate a condenser within the housing and in fluid communication with the exhaust gas heat exchanger and water jacket. Coolant may enter the evaporator housing at the condenser before circulating through the exhaust gas heat exchanger and water jacket.
On-Demand Vapor Generator and Control System
The disclosed apparatus and control system produces a single, on demand, energetic gaseous working fluid from any heat source. Working fluid in a liquid phase is released into a heat exchange tube in the form of very fine droplets or atomized mist, where it is rapidly heated to its gaseous phase. The gaseous working fluid can continue to absorb heat before exiting the heat exchange tube to perform work. The disclosed system controls the release of working fluid into the heat exchange tube and/or the heat energy to which the tube is exposed, resulting in a flow of energetic gaseous working fluid that can be quickly adjusted in response to changing conditions without a large pressure vessel.
Water treatment system
The disclosure includes a water system that includes a feed water heat exchanger including a feed water heat exchanger above a water collection tank and a feed water heat exchanger/steam generator connected to the feed water heat exchanger. The feed water heat exchanger/steam generator includes a heat exchanger, coils, boiler burners, and emissions control. The water system includes a brine/waste water feed water heat exchanger positioned within brine/waste water tank enclosure, which includes a brine/waste water tank that is in fluidic connection with the feed water heat exchanger/steam generator. The water system includes a preheater in fluidic connection with the brine/waste water feed water heat exchanger, and a post-preheater heat exchanger enclosure including a post-preheater heat exchanger, post-preheater coils, post-preheater burner and post-preheater emissions control, the post-preheater heat exchanger in fluidic connection with the pre-heater. The water system includes a vapor removal device in fluidic connection with the post-preheater heat exchanger.

FLASH BOILER
A flash boiler has a water jacket and a vertically oriented interior passage which includes water tubes or superheating tubes, or both. The interior passage is a hyperboloid surface to induce draft. Water tubes and superheating tubes can be staggered so as to create a helical path for flue gas passing through the boiler. Water tubes and superheating tubes may include, internally or externally or both, heat transfer aids such as pins, fins or vanes, which may also be helicies.
