Home arcade system
The present invention provides an affordable at-home toy arcade game experience. This invention brings authentic arcade game play into the home and dormitory. The invention utilizes authentic joysticks and buttons, with an LED screen. The game console is plug-n-play and provides 4 games in 1 game cabinet with one game featured in the cabinet art. The present invention is designed to be sold in a retail box through box retailer and assembled at home into the game console for use. The retail box can be configured either horizontal or vertical. The present invention is further detailed in the following pages and figures.
Gameplay event detection and gameplay enhancement operations
Information handling systems, methods, and computer-readable media enable gameplay event detection and gameplay enhancement operations. One or more in-game events may be detected by monitoring audio content, by monitoring video content, by monitoring user input, by monitoring other information, or a combination thereof. The one or more in-game events (and information related to the one or more in-game events) may be stored at a database. Information of the database may be accessed to trigger one or more gameplay enhancement operations. The one or more gameplay enhancement operations may include an automatic highlight capture operation, a dynamic screen aggregation operation, a dynamic position switch operation, a dynamic player switch operation, a gameplay enhancement operation using one or more peripheral devices (e.g., a lighting effect or a haptic feedback event), one or more other gameplay enhancement operations, or a combination thereof.
Systems and methods for facilitating secret communication between players during game play
Systems and methods for facilitating secret communication between players are described. One of the methods includes receiving image data of a first player to identify one or more gestures and receiving input data indicating a response of a second player to the one or more gestures. The method further includes training a model using the image data and the input data to generate an inference of communication between the first user and the second user. The method also includes generating additional inferences of communication between the first user and the second user. The method includes generating a recommendation to the second user based on the inference of communication and the additional inferences of communication.
Methods and systems for providing personalized interactive entertainment
A multi-platform gaming system for amusing or entertaining one or more game participants playing a game on a gaming platform is described. The multi-platform gaming system can include collectible toys depicting or representing one or more game characters or objects relevant to a game adapted to be played on the gaming platform. The collectible toys can have associated therewith an RFID tag including a corresponding unique tag identification number. The RFID tag can include an antenna, integrated circuitry for wirelessly transmitting and receiving information to and from an associated RFID tag reader, and non-volatile programmable memory for storing game-relevant information describing skills, abilities or attributes associated with one of said game characters or objects.
INFORMATION INTERACTION METHOD AND APPARATUS, STORAGE MEDIUM, AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
This application discloses an information interaction method and apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic apparatus. The method includes obtaining a first target operation instruction in a VR scenario; selecting and displaying a first virtual operation panel corresponding to the first target operation instruction from a plurality of virtual operation panels in the VR scenario, wherein the plurality of virtual operation panels are displayed mutually independently, and are respectively configured to display different interactive objects. The method may further include obtaining an interactive operation instruction generated by an interactive operation performed by an interactive device on a target interactive object displayed in the first virtual operation panel, the interactive device being associated with the VR scenario; and in response executing a target event corresponding to the target interactive object in the VR scenario. These solutions resolve the technical problem of low information interaction flexibility in the related technology.
VIDEO GAME CONTROLLER
A video game controller can automatically operate as a video game controller with audio capability and a video game controller without audio capability based upon a signal received via a switch in communication with an audio jack of the video game controller when a headset is coupled to the audio jack. Connection of the headset to the controller automatically causes video game audio to be communicated from the video game console to the headset via the controller. The video game audio is communicated at a default volume level to the headset upon coupling of the headset to the video game controller. The volume level of the audio communicated to the headset can be adjustable up or down via a directional pad of the video game controller while an audio control button on the video game controller is pressed.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MODIFYING GAME ASSETS OF AN ONLINE GAMING PLATFORM BASED ON TRADEABLE ITEMS
Systems and methods for modifying game assets based on tradeable items that are associated with user accounts of users of the online gaming platform are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: store, in electronic storage, item information associated with the tradeable items; obtain a first item identifier of a first tradeable item; obtain first user information of a first user account; link the first tradeable item with the first user account such that a first item-account connection is established; store the first item-account connection; obtain, based on the first item identifier, the first modification information; receive, from the first user, an indication of a selection of a first game asset to be modified based on the first modification information such that a first asset-item connection is established; and modify, based on the first modification information, the first attribute information in accordance with the first tradeable item.
Immersive crowd experience for spectating
An automated system that improves the spectating experience for a computer game or e-sport by placing spectators in locations based on their preferences, interests, demographics, and changes in emotions or behavior as the game progresses. The spectator may be moved automatically or may elect to move within the virtual space to improve the immersive experience. In some cases, the system may charge for better spectating experience. The system also detects abusive and inappropriate spectator behavior and allows such behavior to be isolated, in order to improve the spectating experience.
Extended environmental using real-world environment data
Techniques are described herein for presenting an extended environment based on real data obtained from a real-world environment. The techniques include pairing an XR capable user device and an onboard diagnostics (OBD) accessory device. Upon pairing, the XR capable user device receives vehicle data of a vehicle equipped with the OBD accessory device in a real-world environment. Based at least on the vehicle data, a virtual location and a virtual position of a user in an extended environment are determined, wherein the user operates the XR capable user device in the real-world environment represented in the extended environment. Upon determining the virtual location and the virtual position, the extended environment is presented via the XR capable user device.
Method and apparatus for adapting to gaming venue states
A system that incorporates teachings of the present disclosure may include, for example, a method for detecting that a gaming system has presented a first of a plurality of gaming venue states of a game, presenting a first of a plurality of screen shots at a display responsive to detecting the first gaming venue state, detecting that the gaming system has transitioned to a presentation of a second of the plurality of venue states, and presenting a second of the plurality of screen shots at the display responsive to detecting the second gaming venue state. Additional embodiments are disclosed.
