Gas burner for cooking appliances
A gas burner for cooking appliances, having overlapping main flame and simmering flame rings, includes an injector holder assembly associated with a first and a second injector and positioned below a cooktop opening; and a head assembly associated at the top with the injector holder assembly and positioned above the cooktop opening, the head assembly having a first chamber communicating with the first injector and with doors for ejecting the gas and primary air mixture supplied to the main flame ring, and a second chamber communicating with the second injector and with a passageway for ejecting the gas and primary air mixture supplied to the simmering flame ring. The second chamber communicates with a through opening in the outer side walls of the head assembly to receive primary air from above the cooktop, and the head assembly completely seals the cooktop opening where the gas burner is to be installed.
Connecting device and gas hob
A connecting arrangement of a gas pipe of a gas appliance to a gas connection of a gas device of the gas appliance comprising a connecting device to connect the gas pipe to the gas connection. To achieve a safer and more reliable connection between the gas pipe and the gas connection, the connecting device is inserted between the gas pipe and the gas connection. The invention also comprises a gas appliance with such a connecting arrangement and the assembly process of the connecting arrangement.
GAS BURNER ARRANGEMENT AND HOUSEHOLD COOKING APPLIANCE
A gas burner arrangement for a household cooking appliance includes a hob plate and a gas burner mounted on the hob plate. The gas burner includes a first mixing chamber for mixing combustion gas with primary air, a second mixing chamber, separate from the first mixing chamber, for mixing combustion gas with primary air, at least one first primary air opening for supplying primary air to the first mixing chamber, and at least one second primary air opening for supplying primary air to the second mixing chamber. The at least one first primary air opening is arranged below the hob plate and the at least one second primary air opening is arranged above the hob plate.
GAS BURNER
A gas burner includes a base with a first body and a raised annular band on an upper surface of the first body. A flange is formed about an outer periphery of the first body wherein the raised annular band and the flange define a first annular recess therebetween. A first notch is formed in a lower surface of the first body and extends through the flange and communicates with the first annular recess. The first notch is adapted to accommodate spark ignitor therein. A slot is formed in the raised annular band. A first cap includes a peripheral side wall having a distal end dimensioned to be received within the first annular recess. A gap between the distal end and a bottom wall of the first annular recess when the first cap is received therein provides fluid communication between the slot and the first notch.
SYSTEM OF GAS BURNERS, IN PARTICULAR FOR A COOKING TOP FOR HOUSEHOLD USE
The present device relates to a system of gas burners, in particular for a cooking top for household use and including a pair of substantially concentric burners. The pair of burners including an outer burner equipped with a first base, a first burner body and a first flame divider, and an inner burner equipped with a second base, a second burner body and a second flame divider. The present device is characterized in that the first base of the outer burner and the second base of the inner burner are made from a metallic sheet that is shaped by deep drawing.
Gas burner assembly for a cooktop appliance
A gas burner assembly for a cooktop appliance is provided including a lower body and an upper body positioned over the lower body to define a boost burner chamber. A first plurality of projections extends upward from the lower body and a second plurality of projections extends downward from the upper body. The second plurality of projections are interposed between the first plurality of projections to define a plurality of burner ports in fluid communication with the boost burner chamber. In this manner, burner ports are easily manufactured and define a larger height-to-width aspect ratio for improved burner performance.
Cooktop appliance with a gas burner assembly
A cooktop appliance includes a top panel and a gas burner assembly with a support member formed integrally with a cap at a first end portion of the support member. The support member defines a fuel supply passage that extends between first and second end portions of the support member. A burner body is mounted to the cap such that the burner body is positioned above and spaced from the top panel.
GAS BURNER AND HOB COMPRISING A GAS BURNER
The invention relates to a gas burner comprising: an injection holder (2) with at least three gas injectors (2.1, 2.2, 2.3); a burner crown assembly (3), the burner crown assembly comprising at least three flame rings (FR1, FR2, FR3) with different sizes, the burner crown assembly further comprising at least three chambers (CH1, CH2, CH3) and at least three pipes (3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3), each pipe being fluidly coupled with a single chamber; wherein each gas injector is associated with one of said pipes for providing gas into said pipe, said pipe being adapted to receive primary air in the area of the injection holder and to provide a combustion mixture of gas and primary air to one of said flame rings of the burner crown assembly. In addition, adjacent flame rings are separated from each other based on an air gap (AG1, AG2) provided between said adjacent flame rings.
Distributed vertical flame burner
A fuel-burning cooking burner includes a base defining an outer periphery and an inner open area. The burner further includes a cap coupled with the base around the outer periphery thereof and extending over the open area to define a distribution cavity on an interior side of the cap. The cap further defines a convex outer surface extending opposite the distribution cavity and a plurality of outlets extending through the cap from the distribution cavity to the exterior surface. The outlets are distributed over the entire exterior surface.
Fuel supply system for a gas burner assembly
A fuel supply system for a gas burner assembly is provided. The gas burner assembly includes an inner burner stage positioned concentrically within an outer burner stage. The fuel supply system includes a fuel supply for providing a primary flow of fuel through a primary fuel conduit. A control valve and a modulating valve are operably coupled in series on the primary fuel conduit for regulating the primary flow of fuel. A first fuel supply conduit and a second fuel supply conduit tee off the primary fuel conduit to supply fuel to the outer burner stage and the inner burner stage, respectively. A shutoff valve is operably coupled to the first fuel supply conduit for stopping the flow of fuel through the first fuel supply conduit, e.g., during a simmer operation.
