Air supply and exhaust adapter for combustion apparatus
In an air supply and exhaust adapter for a combustion device of a forced air supply and exhaust type, with the combustion device comprising an air supply section and an exhaust section being provided to project from a top plate portion of an outer casing; comprising a base portion that comprises a box shaped configuration and an open bottom portion, an air supply intake portion that is formed on the top surface portion of the base portion so as to cover the air supply section and to take in air from the surroundings of the combustion device, a circumferential wall portion that surrounds the periphery of the exhaust section; and a communication passage defined between the top surface portion and the top plate portion so as to communicate the space between the exhaust section and the circumferential wall portion with the air supply intake portion; the communication passage being constructed so that, due to the operation of the air blower means, the gauge pressure therein becomes negative.
Direct vent dilution air connection system
A blower systems includes a blower housing, a gasket, and a clamp. The blower housing includes a dilution air inlet port having a tubular portion with an end margin having a plurality of flanges separated by slits enabling flexing of the plurality of flanges to resiliently move radially inwardly from an unflexed position. The gasket extends within the end margin of the dilution air inlet port. The air supply system includes an inlet portion, a combustion air portion, and a one-piece fitting having an inlet, dilution air outlet, and a combustion air outlet. The clamp is positioned radially about the plurality of flanges such that it can secure a source of dilution air within the dilution air inlet port.
Flue pipe separation sensing apparatus and boiler including the same
Disclosed are a flue pipe separation sensing apparatus and a boiler including the same. The flue pipe separation sensing apparatus of a boiler for sensing separation of an exhaust flue pipe that is fitted with and coupled to an exhaust adapter provided in an exhaust opening of a boiler body includes a sensing member located on an outer side of the exhaust flue pipe in a state, in which the exhaust flue pipe is coupled to the exhaust adapter, and that passes through the exhaust adapter by an elastic force and proceed into an interior of the exhaust adapter to sense the separation of the exhaust flue pipe when the exhaust flue pipe is separated from the exhaust adapter.

Exhaust connection structure and combustion apparatus with exhaust connection structure
An exhaust connection structure is constructed to connect a combustion apparatus and an exhaust tube having projections and recesses in an outer surface. The exhaust connection structure has a sealing member arranged on an outer circumferential surface of the exhaust tube and an exhaust joint arranged to sandwich the sealing member between the exhaust joint and the outer circumferential surface of the exhaust tube. The exhaust joint includes an engagement member and the engagement member has an annular portion and an engaging portion bent toward an inner circumference of the annular portion. The engaging portion is engaged with the projections and recesses in the exhaust tube.
Adjustable Capacity Gas Incinerator
An adjustable capacity gas incinerator includes a base portion defining a lower chamber through which combustion air can flow from outside the gas incinerator into the lower chamber. A combustion stack extending vertically upward from the base portion and having a wall defining a combustion chamber and a combustion gas exit opening through which products of combustion can exit the combustion chamber. The combustion stack includes a lower stack section and an upper stack section removably joined to the lower stack section and which is removable from the lower stack section to change a combustion capacity of the combustion chamber.
Burner cover insulation device for a boiler and method for manufacturing such a device
The invention relates to a burner cover insulation device for shielding a burner cover from a boiler burner, the device comprising a cover layer comprising a heat resistant inorganic fibrous material and having a first outer peripheral edge; a support layer providing mechanical strength to the device and having a second outer peripheral edge that at least extends to the outer peripheral edge of the cover layer; and a filling material forming an insulating layer between the cover layer and the support layer, wherein a through hole extends through the cover layer and the support layer. The invention furthermore relates to a method for manufacturing such a device.
Generator with vent extension
Technologies are described for vent extension systems. The systems may comprise a first extension attached to an intake vent, a second extension attached to an exhaust vent, and a third extension attached to an alternator vent of a generator housing. The first and second extensions may include a first upper section including a first and second end and a bend; and a first lower section including a first and second end and a bend. The first end of the first lower section may be configured to connect to the second end of the first upper section. The third extension may include a second upper section including a first and second end and a bend; and a second lower section including a first and second end and a bend. The first end of the second lower section may be configured to connect to the second end of the second upper section.
Water heater venting assembly
In a preferred embodiment, there is provided a water heater venting assembly for directing a combustion air and a flue gas between an outdoor atmosphere and a water heater, and which includes a generally hollow housing defining a combustion air aperture, a flue gas exhaust conduit disposed in the housing, and an adjustable inlet duct coupling assembly having a retention member for placement in the housing proximal to the aperture, a gasket for placement around an outer periphery of the aperture and a combustion air supply member. The retention member is for retaining the supply member in fluid sealing engagement with the gasket to effect fluid communication between the aperture and the supply member, and is sized to permit slidable movement of the supply member relative to the gasket.
