Drone-passing multiple detection sensor gate and drone game system using same
The present invention provides a drone-passing multiple detection sensor gate comprising: a gate having a ring-like structure through which a drone can pass during flight; a first sensor, disposed on the front or the inner front of the gate, for detecting whether the drone approaches the gate or passes through the front side of the gate; a second sensor, disposed on the inner rear of the gate, for detecting whether the drone sensed by the first sensor passes through the rear side of the gate; a detection signal transmitter, disposed inside or on a surface of the gate, for receiving, from the first sensor and the second sensor, the detection signal indicating whether the drone approaches or passes through the gate, and wirelessly transmitting the detection signal. In addition, the present invention provides a drone game system using a multiple detection sensor gate.
VIDEO GAME CONTROLLER
A video game controller can automatically operate as a video game controller with audio capability and a video game controller without audio capability based upon a signal received via a switch in communication with an audio jack of the video game controller when a headset is coupled to the audio jack. Connection of the headset to the controller automatically causes video game audio to be communicated from the video game console to the headset via the controller. The video game audio is communicated at a default volume level to the headset upon coupling of the headset to the video game controller. The volume level of the audio communicated to the headset can be adjustable up or down via a directional pad of the video game controller while an audio control button on the video game controller is pressed.
System and methods for cinematic headphones
A cinema system comprises video equipment configured to generate video images from video data for presentation on a screen; a headphone system including left and right ear cups, each including at least one driver configured to drive highs and/or mids based on headphone sound signals and not configured to drive lows; a first DAC configured to convert audio data based on the headphone sound data to the headphone sound signals; and a control system configured to generate the audio data from at least headphone sound data; one or more low-frequency speakers configured to drive lows based on low-frequency speaker signals; a second DAC configured to generate the low-frequency speaker signals from low-frequency speaker data; and a server system configured to assist in providing the video data to the video equipment, the headphone sound data to the one or more headphone systems, and the low-frequency speaker data to the second DAC.
Programmable haptic devices and methods for modifying haptic effects to compensate for audio-haptic interference
A system includes a processor, an audio display, and a haptic peripheral including a haptic output device. The audio display includes a speaker and a headphone connector. The haptic output device is configured to receive a control signal from the processor and output a haptic effect to the haptic peripheral in response to the control signal from the processor. The processor is configured to vary the control signal for the haptic output device depending on an audio output accessory connectivity status of the audio display such that the haptic output device generates and applies a first haptic effect if the audio display is connected to an audio output accessory in order to output audio through the headphone connector and the haptic output device generates and applies a second haptic effect if the audio display is not connected to an audio output accessory in order to output audio through the speaker.

INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND NON-TRANSITORY STORAGE MEDIUM HAVING STORED THEREIN INFORMATION PROCESSING PROGRAM
An example of an information processing system includes a plurality of information processing terminals and a server. One terminal outputs an inaudible sound, thereby transmitting a user ID to the other terminal. The other terminal senses the inaudible sound and distinguishes the user ID of the one terminal in accordance with the inaudible sound. Based on the distinguished user ID, the other terminal acquires user information from the server and displays the acquired user information. The other terminal transmits a friend request to the server. When receiving friend requests from both terminals, the server stores the user IDs of both terminals in association with each other.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANAGING USER INPUTS IN VIDEO GAMES
A system that incorporates teachings of the present disclosure may include, for example, a computing device having a controller to obtain a user input that was inputted into a first accessory operably coupled with the computing device where the first accessory provides a user interface for user interaction with a video game, determine a language of an intended recipient of the user input based on an identity of the intended recipient, access a multi-lingual library comprising a plurality of words associated with the video game, match the user input to one or more words of the plurality of words of the multi-lingual library to generate a translated message in the determined language of the intended recipient, and provide the translated message to a second accessory for presentation to the intended recipient in real-time. Additional embodiments are disclosed.
Multiple listener cloud render with enhanced instant replay
The techniques disclosed herein provide a high fidelity, rich, and engaging experience for spectators of streaming video services. The techniques disclosed herein enable a system to receive, process and, store session data defining activity of a virtual reality environment. The system can generate recorded video data of the session activity along with rendered spatial audio data, e.g., render the spatial audio in the cloud, for streaming of the video data and rendered spatial audio data to one or more computers. The video data and rendered spatial audio data can provide high fidelity video clips of salient activity of a virtual reality environment. In one illustrative example, the system can automatically create a video from one or more camera positions and audio data that corresponds to the camera positions.
