Pellet heater
A solid pellet fueled heater having a base unit with forced air blowers and a dual tube chimney structure is disclosed. The dual tube chimney structure may be used to warm incoming air for distribution around the heater. The pellet heater may also include a dual auger system and multi/high speed auger motor. The dual auger may include first and second auger blades mounted on a single auger shaft having blade pitches configured to convey solid fuel in opposite directions.
Enhanced pellet fueled cooking device
A cooking system having a pellet fueled cooking chamber, a fire chamber held in a fixed relationship with respect to the cooking chamber, and a user adjustable port that selectively allows fluid communication from the fire chamber to the cooking chamber.
Wood pellet burner unit with sliding floor hopper
Embodiments include a wood pellet burner unit with a sliding floor hopper. The wood pellet burner unit includes a wood pellet fire pit, a wood pellet kettle burner, a wood pellet barbeque burner, and/or a wood pellet smoker, or the like. The sliding floor hopper includes an upper loading section having an opening therein that receives wood pellets, and a staging section coupled to the upper loading section and stages the wood pellets received from the upper loading section. A sliding floor is disposed atop a staging surface of the staging section and through a slit in the staging section. The sliding floor oscillates between a forward position and a back position. The sliding floor oscillates between a forward position and a back position to automatically and periodically feed the wood pellets to a lower region of the wood pellet burner unit on a continuous basis.
Non-electric gravity feed pellet stove
A pellet stove to heat the interior of a structure and provide a heating surface for cooking. The pellet stove has a hopper storing pellet fuel, a core assembly inside a stove enclosure, a primary burn chamber assembly for burning pellet fuel and an air venting system. The hopper gravity feeds pellet fuel to the primary burn chamber assembly. The core assembly has a burn chamber housing connected to a flame chamber by a burn channel. The primary burn chamber assembly has a burn basket and a fuel control mechanism to control the amount of pellet fuel burned in the burn basket. The venting systems draws inlet air into and discharges exhaust air out of the pellet stove, which is sealed to prevent drawing inlet air from or discharging exhaust air to the structure interior. Fire in the flame chamber can be seen through an exterior glass panel.
Biomass pellet combustion system
A biomass pellet combustion system includes a primary burn chamber, a coal burn chamber, and a gas burn chamber. The primary burn chamber is configured to receive pellets from a drop tube of the biomass pellet combustion system. The coal burn chamber is configured to receive coals from the primary burn chamber. The gas burn chamber is configured to receive combustible gases from both the primary burn chamber and the coal burn chamber, wherein a secondary combustion process converts secondary combustion air and the combustible gases into exhaust gases in the gas burn chamber.

Combustor for various types of solid fuels
A solid fuel combustion device includes: a fuel supply device including a firewood feed pipe or another fuel supplier; a primary combustion chamber coupled to the fuel supply device; a secondary combustion chamber including a wall formed of a fireproof material and having a structure in which a space is formed at a side of the combustion gas outlet of the primary combustion chamber to induce primary combustion gas to be secondarily expanded and combusted; and an air supply system including at least one air supply device in an entire combustion path formed in the primary combustion chamber and the secondary combustion chamber.

Cooking grill using pellet fuel
A cooking grill includes a container defining a combustion area and a cooking surface over the combustion area. The grill features a pellet burner unit disposed within the container under the cooking surface and a pellet feeding device arranged to feed pellets into the burner unit. The burner unit comprises a trough into which the pellets are fed. The trough is mounted in a movable support which can be pulled out from within the container. The feeding device includes a removable cartridge for containing pellets and a receptacle for receiving the cartridge inserted thereon so that the cartridge supplies pellets for transfer to the pellet burner unit. In addition, a gas burner system is arranged in the container adjacent to the pellet burner unit so as to apply heat from the gas burner system to the cooking surface in addition to or as an alternative to the pellet burner unit.
