HEAT TRANSFER APPARATUS AND HEAT TRANSFER SYSTEM FOR MASONRY HEATER
An apparatus and system for efficiently and safely transferring heat from a masonry heater to an external heating device using coil pipes and a liquid circulation pump. Circulation of a heat transfer liquid in the apparatus and system is controlled based on the measured temperature of the heat transfer liquid in the coil pipe on a return side of the masonry heater. Two additional sensors near the external heating device are used to control the flow rate of the circulation of the heat transfer liquid in the apparatus and system, thereby controlling the amount of heat actually transferred to the external heating device.
ROASTING DEVICE
A roasting device has an upright plate unit, a brazier unit and a support unit. The upright plate unit includes a main plate, a first side plate, a second side plate, and a base plate. The main plate has two inner edges. The first side plate is pivotally connected to one of the two inner edges of the main plate. The second side plate is pivotally connected to the other inner edge of the main plate. The base plate is mounted between the first side plate and the second side plate, and abuts the first side plate and the second side plate. The brazier unit is located in the upright plate unit. The support unit is mounted in the upright plate unit and above the brazier unit.

Wood-Burning Appliance
The disclosure relates to a wood-burning appliance. The wood-burning appliance comprises a firebox and an airflow apparatus configured to provide a supply of oxygen for efficient primary and secondary fuel combustion within the firebox. An oven may be positioned above the firebox to improve heat exchange from exhaust exiting the wood-burning appliance. The wood-burning appliance may further have a pulley system for operation of a door that reduces gasket wear and allows the door to be at least partially removed from the wood-burning appliance for ease of access and maintenance.
Multipurpose cooking appliance
A cooking appliance includes at least one multisided element that has more than one cooking surface, the multisided element being mounted on a base so that it can be oriented to present one of the surfaces for cooking. The element can be rotated to present another cooking surface whereby a user can choose a surface to grill food, bake food, smoke food all with the one appliance. As well, the sources of heat can be gas, wood, charcoal, or other sources.
