METHOD FOR MAKING CUSTOMIZED, WOOD FIRED PIZZAS IN SITU
A method for making wood-fired pizzas at a customer designated location for an event comprises assembling a portable wood stove at the location, setting up a customized pizza assembly station adjacent the assembled stove and then individually making TO ORDER pizza pies for rapidly baking in that wood fired stove. After everyone's had their fill, the stove can be cooled, disassembled and carted off to its next event location for customized wood-fired pizza making for that event's attendees.
MULTIPLE FUEL COOKING UNIT
A cooking unit may operate using multiple types of fuel to cook food. One or more first heat source, such as gas burners, electrical resistive heaters, and/or other heating technology, may provide radiant heat to a cooking chamber. One or more second heat source, such as a firebox, may provide indirect heat to the cooking chamber, for example by producing smoke. User operable controls and/or an automated control unit may alter the rate at which a fuel and/or air is supplied to one or more heat source.

Combustion cooking appliance
A cooking appliance has a combustion zone air flow path which includes a combustion zone. A first cooking zone is positioned in thermal communication with the combustion zone. During operation of the cooking appliance, combustion products produced in the combustion zone indirectly heat air whereby heated air is produced that is then introduced into the combustion zone and/or the first cooking zone.

COMBUSTION COOKING APPLIANCE
A cooking appliance has a cooking zone comprising a cooking surface, a combustion zone that is in thermal communication with the cooking zone, wherein the cooking zone is isolated from combustion products produced by combustion in the combustion zone, and a drip tray that is positioned external to the cooking zone and the cooking surface directs liquid produced during cooking to the drip tray.
