Aesthetic enhancement apparatus and method
10125994 · 2018-11-13 ·

An apparatus and method for aesthetic enhancement of indoor and outdoor living spaces combines fire, bubbling water and light reflection to foster enjoyment and relaxation. Wall assemblies having glass panes are spaced apart from each other to provide a chamber to hold water separate from a burner assembly. Air pumped into the water forms air bubbles in the water. A LED light strip illuminates the water, bubbles and glass panes in changing colors.

Gas-burning appliance and gas fireplace

A gas-burning appliance includes a combustor and a flow guide device engaged with the combustor. The combustor has a gas outlet. The flow guide device includes a separator and two stop plates. The separator has an opening. Each of the stop plates is located at the opening, and a top edge thereof is higher than a top surface of the separator. The combustor is located below the separator with the gas outlet corresponding to a space between the stop plates. The flow guide device has at least one first air inlet, which is located below the separator, and communicates with the space between the stop plates. A gas fireplace includes a firebox, a translucent shield, and the gas-burning appliance. A separator divides the firebox into an air chamber, which receives the combustor, and a combustion chamber. Whereby, the visibility of flame and the combustion efficiency could be improved.

Damper for direct vent fireplace insert
10060624 · 2018-08-28 · ·

A damper mechanism restricting combustion and exhaust air flow in response to temperature changes in a direct vent sealed combustion gas fireplace is provided. The mechanism allows the fireplace to have unrestricted air flow when the fireplace is not on and to restrict the air flow when the fireplace is on. A bi-metallic temperature responsive element is used to move a restrictor element to restrict air flow allowing maximum air displacement during cold ignition and enhancing operating efficiency when the fireplace is on.

An internet-based device for remotely controlling the flow of electricity to electrical devices that operate on millivolt or low voltage currents, including electrically operated gas powered fireplaces.

ARTIFICIAL FIREPLACE FOR DISPLAYING AN ARTIFICIAL FIRE PATTERN

The present invention relates to a display device for an artificial fireplace, configured to display a fireplace video that at least comprises flames. The display devise comprises a backlight source, which comprises a plurality of LEDs, which are disposed in an LED pattern, wherein the backlight source is configured to emit light with the LEDs, and an LCD-panel, which is configured to selectively transmit and/or modulate light from the backlight source, in order to display the fireplace video. An edge of the LED pattern thereby substantially corresponds to a flame top edge of a flame area in which the flames are imaged in the fireplace video.

HYBRID FIREPLACE WITH DISPLAY

A fireplace assembly includes: a housing defining an airflow space and an inner chamber; one or more fans disposed in the housing to facilitate airflow through the airflow space; a flame generator disposed in the inner chamber and capable of generating a flame with a maximum heat output of at least 20,000 BTU (British thermal units); a display device disposed in the housing and configured to display a visual image in front of or behind the flame generator; one or more glass panels disposed in the housing to at least partially define the airflow space to facilitate the airflow; and a control module operatively coupled with the display device and disposed within the airflow space. The airflow through the airflow space is configured to control temperature within the airflow space.

Fireplace with flame jumping sequential log lighting
12152786 · 2024-11-26 · ·

A fireplace having a plurality of faux logs sequentially lit using a single ignitor and flame jumping between the faux logs. The ignitor ignites a first faux log, which after a time period ignites a neighboring second faux log. After another time period, the second faux log ignites a neighboring third faux log and so on. The sequentially lighting of the faux logs creates an aesthetically pleasing lighting sequence, and also a pleasing sequential lighting sound. The faux logs are individually supported by a respective conduit over media disposed on an ember bed and which individually supplies gas to the respective faux log.

MOVABLY INSTALLED EJECTOR PIPE FOR GAS FIREPLACE
20240384875 · 2024-11-21 ·

Disclosed in the present disclosure is a movably installed ejector pipe for a gas fireplace, the nozzle and the limit seat are fixed to the substrate, the ejector pipe is inserted between the limit seat and the nozzle, the limit seat is provided inside with a first inner bore and a second inner bore of a stepped shape, the first inner bore is below the second inner bore and is larger than the second inner bore, a head of the ejector pipe is provided with a groove. In the gas fireplace provided in the present disclosure, because a limit seat is added, the ejector pipe can swing at a certain angle within the limit seat, so that a placing angle of a burner can be finely adjusted and thereby the burner is in a position that allows for the optimal viewing effect of flame combustion.

GAS HEARTH
