BURNER FOR BURNING GASEOUS FUEL
A burner for burning gaseous fuel includes a gas intake port, several horizontal portions, and several inclined portions. One end of each inclined portion located at a lower position is connected and fixed to one end of a horizontal portion, and the other ends of all the horizontal portions are connected to each other either directly or by means of a combustion chamber main body. The horizontal portions, the inclined portions, and the combustion chamber main body are in communication with each other. The inclined portions are inclined with respect to the horizontal portions. The gas intake port is provided at the very bottom of the burner. When a gaseous fuel is introduced and ignited, flames burn in each of the combustion chamber main body, the horizontal portions, and the inclined portions, thereby forming a flame effect in a three-dimensional (3D) form.
Gas fireplace
A gas fireplace includes a furnace, a burner, and an air guiding device, wherein the air guiding device divides an inside of the furnace into a first chamber and a second chamber; the burner is provided in the second chamber; an air outlet of the furnace communicates with the first chamber; the air guiding device has a passageway communicating the first chamber and the second chamber, wherein a width of the passageway gradually narrows from the second chamber to the first chamber. Whereby, the hot air generated while the burner is burning gas enters the first chamber from the second chamber through the air guiding device, and then can be smoothly exhausted to outside.
Fuel selector valve with shutter mechanism for a gas burner unit
A selector valve and shutter mechanism for use with a gas burner unit is disclosed. The valve includes a pilot gas manifold which is in communication with two pilot flames and associated ODS for two different kinds of gas fuel. The shutter mechanism opens or closes an opening to a burner mixing chamber to thereby adjust the flow of air into the mixing chamber depending on the fuel selected, and preferably is in the form of a sleeve that in one approach is rotatably mounted on a part of the burner mixing chamber, with a part of the sleeve covering the mixing chamber opening in one orientation and opening it to airflow in another orientation. A first gear is mounted on the sleeve which is engageable with a second gear mounted on part of the valve which is rotatable to one position or another depending on the gas fuel selected, the sleeve thereby adjusting the airflow to the mixing chamber in response to the valve position. In another approach, the cover moves linearly along the burner tube between orientations. A novel selector mechanism having a manifold for gas flows and a plate-like element to adjust the manifold is also disclosed.
Modular Electric Fire Systems
A modular fire system includes one or more modular panels and a controller operatively coupled with the modular panels. The controller includes one or more processing units and one or more memory units storing instructions therein which, when run by the controller, causes the controller to: detect a number and a position of the one or more modular panels; and control, based on the detected number and the detected position of the modular panels, operation of the modular panels.
Fireplace gas insert
A fireplace gas insert comprising: a fire box; a gas burner tube located inside the fire box; four legs attached to the fire box, and configured to create an air gap below the fire box; a first support bar attached to at least one of the four legs, the support bar extending generally away from the from the fire box; a gas valve attached to the first support bar, and in fluid communication with the gas burner tube; an ignition module attached to the first support bar; a remote control receiver unit attached to the first support bar; a cover configured extend from the left side of a fireplace to the right side of the fireplace, and to extend from the rear of the fireplace to the front of the fireplace, and to present a front face to the room the fireplace is located in, the cover comprising: a top; a front attached to the top and located generally orthogonally to the top; an air draw opening located in the front; a firebox opening located in the top; where the top and front generally encloses and hides from view the first support, gas valve, ignition module, remote control receiver unit, and the convection sleeve, where the firebox opening is in fluid communication with the interior of the firebox; and where the air draw opening is in fluid communication with the firebox opening. A fireplace gas insert system comprising: a fireplace, a fireplace gas insert located in the fireplace, the fireplace gas insert comprising: a fire box; a gas burner tube located inside the fire box; four legs attached to the fire box, and configured to create an air gap below the fire box; a first support bar attached to at least one of the four legs, the support bar extending generally away from the from the fire box; a gas valve attached to the first support bar, and in fluid communication with the gas burner tube; an ignition module attached to the first support bar; a remote control receiver unit attached to the first support bar; a cover configured extend from the left side of the fireplace to the right side of the fireplace, and to extend from the rear of the fireplace to the front of the fireplace, and to present a front face to the room the fireplace is located in, the cover comprising: a top; a front attached to the top and located generally orthogonally to the top; an air draw opening located in the front; a firebox opening located in the top; where the top and front generally encloses and hides from view the first support, gas valve, ignition module, remote control receiver unit, and the convection sleeve, where the firebox opening is in fluid communication with the interior of the firebox; and where the air draw opening is in fluid communication with the firebox opening
HEATING APPARATUS WITH FAN
A heating apparatus can have a sealed combustion chamber, a burner, and various air channels to direct air into the sealed combustion chamber and to provide heated air to the desired area or environment such as an interior room. A channel can direct a flow of air along a face of the sealed combustion chamber to cool the face. The channel can be within or outside of the sealed combustion chamber. Alternatively, or in addition, the heating apparatus can be capable of operating as a direct vent device or as a vent free device.
HEATING APPARATUS WITH FAN
A heating apparatus can have a sealed combustion chamber and a burner. The heating apparatus can have an air shutter that controls the amount of air that mixes with fuel directed toward the burner. The air shutter can be controlled by rotating a shaft that connects to the air shutter. The heating apparatus can also have a system of channels along its front face which direct air along the front face.
TIMED COMBUSTION DEVICE
Actuation of timed combustion events that may be emitted from an edifice. A system includes a mobile edifice, a controller, a fuel source comprising a fuel, and a combustion device mounted to the mobile edifice. The combustion device includes a heat source in electronic communication with the controller, and a gate in electronic communication with the controller. The system is such that the gate opens to permit fuel to flow from the fuel source to toward the heat source, and such that the controller actuates the heat source and the gate to trigger a combustion event.
