The heating column further includes at least one heat emitting screen disposed above the flame portion that radiates heat outwards from the heater. A cover is disposed over the heating column to direct heat outwards and away from the heater.
Portable heating device
A portable heating device is provided that generally consists of an upper housing having a plurality of openings that allow heat to escape from a coiled infrared heating tube that generates radiant heat. The portable heating device also includes an upper surface with an opening that produces a visible flame and conductive heat. The upper surface is also associated with a flame burner that feeds a cooking surface.
Cooking range
According to one embodiment, a range for cooking includes a combustion chamber having a bottom surrounded by sidewalls that extend upward to an upper rim, a gas burner positioned at the bottom, and a platen positioned on the upper rim. The platen has an opening above the gas burner with a first flange. The range further includes a removable outer plate positioned on the first flange. The removable outer plate has an opening above the gas burner with a second flange. The range further includes a removable inner plate positioned on the second flange. The removable inner plate is circular and is made of cast iron. The removable outer plate is configured to increase the thermal resistance between the removable inner plate and the platen by having at least one of a different composition, thickness, and limited contact area than or with the platen.
INFRARED RADIATION HEATER
An infrared radiation heater includes: a combustion chamber having a combustion space that is open on one side; a combustion device provided in the combustion chamber to combust air-fuel mixture made by mixing fuel with air; and a radiator configured to be heated by heat generated from the combustion device and including a radiation plane configured to emit infrared radiation. The combustion device includes: a nozzle provided in a flow path of the air to inject the fuel; a tubular body including a side surface that faces a direction with a predetermined angle with respect to the radiation plane, and a plurality of voids being formed on the side surface; and an ignition device provided outside of the tubular body and configured to ignite the air-fuel mixture. The air-fuel mixture flows into the tubular body, and the tubular body releases the air-fuel mixture from the voids into the combustion chamber.
Column heater with improved heat output
A radiant area heater includes a columnar base with a hollow compartment and a heating column disposed on the columnar base. The heating column includes a control portion with at least one controller, a burner, and a sparker and a flame portion that includes a combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is disposed on a cylindrical member that has at least one vent allowing air to circulate to the burner and within the combustion chamber. The heating column further includes at least one heat emitting screen disposed above the flame portion that radiates heat outwards from the heater. A cover is disposed over the heating column to direct heat outwards and away from the heater.
Cooking range
According to one embodiment, a range for cooking includes at least one combustion chamber having a bottom surrounded by sidewalls that extend upward to an upper rim. The range further includes first and second gas burners positioned at the bottom of the at least one combustion chamber, and a first platen positioned on a first portion of the upper rim. The first platen has an interior opening above the first gas burner with a first flange. The range further includes a first removable plate positioned on the first flange. The first removable plate has an interior opening above the first gas burner with a second flange. The range further includes a removable inner plate positioned on the second flange. The range further includes a second platen positioned over a remaining portion of the upper rim. The second gas burner is a linear flame source positioned under the second platen.
Roaster usable as stove
Provided is a roaster usable as a stove. The roaster includes a drip pan guide unit, a first gas burner unit hingedly connected with one side wall of the drip pan guide unit and provided at one surface thereof with insertion guide members, a second gas burner unit hingedly connected with an opposite side wall of the drip pan guide unit and provided at one surface thereof with insertion guide members, and a heat guide unit formed in a reverse U shape having an open left surface, an open right surface and an open bottom surface, and having a gridiron insertion slot formed in a top surface thereof and insertion protrusions formed at edge portions thereof. When the first and second gas burner units are rotated and maintained in an upright standing state, the insertion protrusions are inserted into or withdrawn out of the insertion guide members.
KILN AND HEATING METHOD THEREOF
A kiln includes a stove, a combustion device, and an exhaust pipe, wherein the stove includes a cavity, an entry, and an air outlet. The cavity includes a front section and a rear section, and a top wall surface of the front section is tilt. The air outlet is disposed between a top of the front section of the cavity and the entry. The combustion device is disposed in the rear section. The combustion device includes at least one burner, a supporting assembly, and an infrared ray generation assembly. The supporting assembly includes a cover plate having a hollow portion. The infrared ray generation assembly is mounted to the supporting assembly and located above the cover plate. The infrared ray generation assembly could be heated by the flames of the burner to generate infrared ray which passes through the hollow portion. The exhaust pipe communicates with the air outlet.
Portable heater cooking and grilling grate

The cooking grate assembly has a flat main cooking grate with an upper/inner end and a lower/outer end, a pair of spaced hook tabs extending from the upper/inner end of the grate that attach to an upper part of the grille, and a pair of inwardly-angled key tabs extending from the lower/outer end of the grate. A pair of detachable legs supports the grate from a lower part of the grille, with a rotatable locking connection to the key tabs on the grate at one end and opposed inner and outer hooks at the other end that both support the grate on the grille and provide a nesting flat interlock to the rear face of the grate for storage.
HEATING DEVICE
Systems and methods for radiative heat transfer are disclosed. In an exemplary embodiment, an infrared heater comprises infrared heating elements and a controller. The infrared heating elements correspond to respective heating zones. The controller causes the infrared heating elements to turn on at different time in succession such that respective heating zones are radiatively heated at different times. In some instances, the respective heating zones correspond to different heating zones of a user, and the user feels a heating wave effect as the infrared heating elements are turned on and off at different times.
