A cooking enclosure is configured to hold food being cooked. The enclosure includes a surrounding, generally vertical, sidewall, projecting upward from a base. The base includes a floor bridging a bottom of enclosure, and the enclosure is capped by a vertically moving ceiling. The vertical moving ceiling secures a cooking heat source which is in thermal communication with the enclosure interior. The moving ceiling is configured to move up and down within the sidewall to vary, up and down, a volume of the cooking enclosure. The cooking enclosure is configured to have both a smaller cooking enclosure volume, suitable for quickly cooking small foods, and larger cooking enclosure volume necessary to cook larger foods.

An electric grill includes an electric heating means inside a main body case thereof to apply infrared heat to a material to be cooked and is easy to clean after cooking. The main body case includes pillar main body cases vertically extending from an upper surface of a lower main body case and having vertically-arranged electric heating means. The pillar main body cases are coupled to each other, forming an inner space. A heat-resistant container through which infrared light is transmitted has a long rectangular barrel or cylindrical shape and is formed from a material through which infrared light is transmitted, thereby providing a structure in the inner space in which heat (infrared radiation) is directly transmitted to the inside of the heat-resistant container. A grilling tool allows the material to be cooked to be mounted thereon and is capable of directly heating and cooking the material with infrared radiation.

The present disclosure provides an electromagnetic heating device, comprising: an electromagnetic heating unit, an infrared heating unit and a MCU. The MCU is coupled with the electromagnetic heating unit and the infrared heating unit, so as to control the electromagnetic heating unit and the infrared heating unit to heat individually or simultaneously. The electromagnetic heating device of the present disclosure, since it comprises an electro electromagnetic heating unit and an infrared heating unit, the heating of the heating appliances of different materials can be performed, the application thereof is wide and unrestricted. In addition, since the infrared heating unit is comprised, the maximum heating power thereof is not limited by that of the coil disk.

The cooking chamber divider has a front-wall-facing side with an edge region adjacent to the front wall and formed with an uneven flow conducting structure to deflect hot air through the air passage openings into the first cooking chamber region.
