Various embodiments provide a slim range hood, including: a box body having an internal circulation air outlet; and a fan assembly arranged in the box body and including a volute and an air guide cover. The volute includes an air inlet part and a first air outlet part connected to an air outlet of the air inlet part. The air guide cover is detachably mounted at an air outlet of the first air outlet part and is configured to guide an air flow sucked in by the fan assembly to the internal circulation air outlet. With the slim range hood, a design of matching the volute with different air guide covers is realized by mounting the detachable air guide cover at the first air outlet part, different product structure sizes and air outlets of different sizes are satisfied, and different types of products have the same core component.

Exhaust canopy

A hob (1) with one or more cooking locations (2), which, as viewed from above, exhibits one or more recesses (4) only in the area (25) around its geometric center (3), which are respectively connected with one or more devices (5) for removing cooking vapors through suction. These devices (5) for removing cooking vapors through suction downwardly remove the cooking vapors that arise above the cooking locations (2) by suction in a direction vertically below the hob (1), and such a hob (1), which in the assembly unit is designed with a device (36) for operating the hob (2) and downwardly removing cooking vapors by suction.

EXTRACTOR APPARATUS, AND KITCHEN ARRANGEMENT HAVING A HOB AND AN EXTRACTOR APPARATUS

An extractor apparatus includes an extraction body having an extraction side provided with an extraction opening, a rear side opposite the extraction side, and three connecting walls. Each of the connecting walls extends between an edge of the extraction side and an edge of the rear side. At least one of the connecting walls of the extraction body is provided with a blow-out opening for blowing air out. A blower extracts air downwards via the extraction opening.

RANGE HOOD

A range hood for collecting oil scattered from a rotating disk filter, capable of improving the cleaning workability is provided. The range hood includes a fan configured to generate an air flow, a disk filter provided on a flow path of the air flow and having a slit, a motor configured to rotate the disk filter, a rectifying plate provided upstream of the disk filter on the flow path of the air flow, and a disk cover configured to surround an outer periphery portion of the disc filter and having an outlet portion that allows oil from the disk filter to flow out to a predetermined portion of the rectifying plate.

Noise Reduction In Cooking System

A filtration system for a ventilation hood includes a first filter and a second filter, operatively disposed in series. The first filter is configured to be mounted within the ventilation hood, and has an air inlet, an air outlet, and a grease outlet. The second filter includes a filter material with an upstream surface and a downstream surface, an upstream housing element abutting the upstream surface of the filter material, and a downstream housing element abutting the downstream surface of the filter material. The housing elements include openings, and hold the filter material in compression.

Systems and methods for heat recovery

A filter unit heat exchanger is provided that may include a housing substantially surrounding a heat exchange assembly. Provided through the housing are one or more tortuous fluid flow paths used to direct airflow therethrough around portions of the heat exchange assembly for efficient operation. The tortuous path(s) may be provided by one or more nozzle openings on an input side of the housing and one or more diffuser openings on an output side of the housing, where the nozzle openings and diffuser openings are offset to cause desired airflow deflection. The filter unit may include desired symmetries to improve manufacturability and/or installation.
