GAS HOB
A gas hob comprising a top sheet, a port, a gas burner arranged on the top sheet and releasably connected to the port, the port being configured to supply the gas burner with fuel gas, and an extraction unit configured to extract fumes, the extraction unit being retractable into the top sheet.
COMBINATION MICROWAVE AND HOOD SYSTEM
A microwave hood system includes an outer wrapper with a top portion including a cooling air inlet, a cooling air outlet, an outside vent outlet, and a recirculation vent outlet, a first side portion, and a second side portion. A bottom portion includes a vent inlet and is operably coupled to the outer wrapper. A cooking cavity is disposed between the top portion and the bottom portion. A cooking component area is laterally adjacent one of the first side portion and the second side portion. A hood assembly includes a first hood fan disposed between the first side portion and the cooking cavity and a second hood fan disposed between the second side portion and the cooking cavity. A cooling fan is disposed in the cooking component area proximate the second side portion. The cooling fan is in fluid communication with the cooling air inlet.
FILTER DEVICE FOR A VAPOUR EXTRACTION DEVICE, AND VAPOUR EXTRACTION DEVICE WITH A FILTER DEVICE
A filter device for a vapor extraction device includes a grease filter, and a collecting container for collecting liquid. The collecting container includes an opening configured to receive at least part of an edge of the grease filter. The collecting container has an interior defined by a width which is greater than a thickness of the grease filter in a region in which the grease filter is located in the interior of the collecting container.
STEAM EXTRACTOR DEVICE, KITCHEN APPLIANCE HAVING A HOB SECTION AND A STEAM EXTRACTOR DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A STEAM EXTRACTOR DEVICE
An extractor apparatus includes a suction opening, a fan arranged under the suction opening for sucking away primary air downward via the suction opening, and an expulsion opening which is adjacent to the suction opening and via which an oriented secondary air stream is expelled.
Tabletop cooking assembly
A tabletop cooking assembly for preparing foods thereon includes a burner element, a pan surrounding the burner element, a grill adjacent to the burner element, and an exhaust plenum adjacent to the grill having a plurality of apertures for drawing smoke away from the grill and an outlet for exhausting smoke therefrom. The exhaust plenum forms a defined volume around the grill to draw the smoke into the exhaust plenum and away from the grill such that the smoke does not pass through the grill or about the burner element. An exhaust duct and at least one filter assembly having at least one filter disposed therein are in fluid communication with the exhaust plenum for filtering grease. The subject invention also includes a blower for exhausting the smoke from the exhaust duct to an area outside of and immediately adjacent to the tabletop cooking assembly.
AIR FLOW MANAGEMENT FOR COOKING SYSTEM
Examples are disclosed that relate to recirculating ventilation systems for cooking appliances. One example provides a cooking appliance ventilation system, comprising a ventilation duct comprising an inlet aperture configured to receive cooking exhaust, a fan configured to pull the cooking exhaust through the inlet aperture and the ventilation duct, an ozone source configured to introduce ozone into the ventilation duct; and one more ozone mitigation components positioned within the ventilation duct downstream of the ozone source.
DOWNDRAFT VENTILATOR, COOKING SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR INSTALLATION
A downdraft ventilator includes: at least one housing device for installation into least one cabinet body below at least one countertop; at least one vapor-collecting hood device having at least one intake opening for cooking vapors, and, when installed, the at least one vapor-collecting hood device at least partially extends through at least one opening in a countertop; at least one mounting frame fittable into an opening of the countertop, the at least one mounting frame having at least one opening for the vapor-collecting hood device; and at least one supporting device having at least one supporting element, the at least one supporting device being mounted on the at least one housing device, and the at least one supporting element causing the at least one mounting frame and/or a cooktop device disposed adjacent thereto to be supported at least in some portions.
HOB SYSTEM
A hob system comprising a cooking goods carrier for carrying cooking goods, at least one heating unit arranged on the cooking goods carrier for heating the cooking goods, and a fume extractor device for extracting cooking vapors downward, wherein a total width of the hob system is a maximum of 600 mm.
AUTO DETECTION SYSTEM BASED ON THERMAL SIGNALS
There is provided an auto detection system including a thermal detection device and a host. The host controls an indication device to indicate a prompt message or detection results according to a slope variation of voltage values or 2D distribution of temperature values detected by the thermal detection device, wherein the voltage values include the detected voltage of a single pixel or the sum of detected voltages of multiple pixels of a thermal sensor.
Ventilation apparatus and ventilation system including the same
Disclosed is a ventilation apparatus including an exhaust pipe of an induction hood in which a position change of piping in a discharge direction is freely performed. The ventilation apparatus, which includes a first pipe connected to a suction port through which contaminated air is sucked, a second pipe configured to guide the contaminated air and include a first connection portion connected to the first pipe and a second connection portion extending from the first connection portion, the second pipe being detachably coupled to the first pipe so that the position of the second connection portion is able to be changed, and a third pipe connected to the second pipe and include a discharge port through which the contaminated air is discharged, the third pipe being configured to be rotatable with respect to the second pipe so that the position of the discharge port is able to be changed.
