Cooking hob with extractor hood
The present disclosure relates to a cooking hob comprising: a body configured to act as a support for the cooking activity and having an upper surface and a lower surface; at least one cooking zone located at the upper surface of the body; a suction opening formed on the upper surface; suction elements placed in fluid communication with the suction opening and configured to suck cooking fumes, said suction elements comprising a motor fan having a rotation axis which lies in a plane substantially parallel to the upper surface and extending between a first and an opposite second end along the rotation axis, the suction elements are configured to divide the cooking fumes into a first and a second portion of the cooking fumes directed respectively towards the first and the second end of the motor fan.
COOKING SYSTEM FOR A SPACE RESTRICTED ENVIRONMENT, A SELF-CONTAINED COOKING UNIT FOR THE COOKING SYSTEM AND RELATED METHOD OF OPERATING A COOKING SYSTEM WITHIN A SPACE RESTRICTED ENVIRONMENT
A cooking system (10) for a space restricted environment includes at least one cooking unit (12) having at least one cooking hob (11) movable between a stowed position and a deployed position such that in the stowed position the cooking hob (11) is located either behind or below an corresponding surface of a countertop (22), cabinet, wall or the like and in the deployed position the cooking hob (11) upwardly extends through an opening (28) in the corresponding surface
System interworking between a cooking apparatus and a kitchen device
Disclosed is a system interworking between a cooking apparatus for cooking food and a kitchen device in communication with the cooking apparatus, the system comprising a cooking apparatus comprising a first transmitter transmitting an electrical signal to the kitchen device; and a first controller controlling the first transmitter to transmit the electrical signal to the kitchen device; and a kitchen device comprising a second receiver receiving the electrical signal transmitted by the first transmitter; and a second controller controlling the driving of the kitchen device according to the electrical signal received by the second receiver.
Cooker hood and filtering device thereof
A filtering device of a cooker hood is configured in a V shape with an upward opening as a whole, and includes a V-shaped inner surface and a V-shaped outer surface. A tube portion is embedded between the inner surface and the outer surface, both ends of the tube portion being closed. The tube portion has a V shape with an upward opening. The tube portion includes an air inlet and an air outlet disposed in an interleaved manner, with the air inlet being located on the outer surface, and the air outlet being located on the inner surface. In this way, a rotating airflow is suitable to be formed in the tube portion of the filtering device, thereby improving a grease separation effect.
FUME EXTRACTOR DEVICE FOR A HOB, AND COMBINED APPLIANCE
A fume extractor device for a hob includes an air intake opening via which air is sucked downward, and a fan which includes a fan housing, a fan wheel received in the fan housing, and a motor received in the fan housing and operably connected to the fan wheel The fan housing has an upper face which includes an air inlet opening. Means for removing impurities in the fume extractor device are provided only in a flow direction downstream of the air inlet opening of the fan housing.
Image processing apparatus for cooker hood and cooker hood
An image processing apparatus, in particular a camera apparatus and/or imaging apparatus for a cooker hood and a cooker hood. The camera apparatus includes a camera and/or the imaging apparatus includes an imaging device, an airflow generation apparatus, and an air channel, where an airflow generated by the airflow generation apparatus flows out of an outlet of the air channel. The outlet of the air channel is formed in a local area around the camera and/or imaging device. Disposing of the outlet of the air channel causes the airflow flowing out of the outlet of the air channel to form an air curtain in front of the camera and/or imaging device, thus preventing smoke from coming into contact with the camera and/or imaging device, protecting the camera and/or imaging device from pollution of smoke, and facilitating heat dissipation of the camera and/or imaging device.
ULTRASONIC FILTRATION DEVICE FOR EXTRACTOR HOOD
An ultrasonic filtration device may be incorporated into or otherwise installed in an extractor hood in a cooking environment. The ultrasonic filtration device aids in the elimination and/or reduction of contaminants in the air produced as a byproduct of cooking. Particulate contaminants are bombarded with high-energy pressure waves, thereby breaking up the particulates and reducing their size until they are no longer noticeable and/or hazardous to the user.
SYSTEM AND METHOD TO CLEAN A RANGE EXHAUST
An example automatic cooking range cleaning system may include a nozzle coupled to a conduit and arranged to spray a first zone of a cooking range exhaust system, a pump configured to provide a cleaning solution to a supply line, and a control box connected to the pump via a supply line. The control box may include a controller and an electronically-controlled valve configured to selectively couple the supply line to the conduit. The controller may be configured to, in response to receipt of a start signal to initiate a cleaning operation, cause the cleaning solution comprising a mixture of detergent and water having a ratio based on a target mixing ratio to be provided to the supply line, and cause the electronically-controlled valve to open to facilitate provision of the cleaning solution to the nozzle via the conduit for a predetermined period of time.
COOKING APPLIANCE
Provided is a cooking appliance including a grille frame with a filter fixing structure. The cooking appliance includes: a cabinet; a hood flow path formed inside the cabinet; a blower positioned in the cabinet to form an air flow inside the hood flow path; a filter positioned on the hood flow path to filter the air flow supplied from the blower; and a grille frame including an outlet discharging filtered air to an outside of the cabinet, and forming a plurality of support spaces, wherein a lower end of the filter is inserted in and supported by one support space of the plurality of support spaces.
Cooktops
A cooktop may include: a support having a suction opening, top and bottom surfaces, and a connecting edge, with front and rear surfaces, between the top and bottom surfaces; one or more heating elements arranged on the support; and a suction device, connected in fluid communication with the suction opening and configured to draw in cooking fumes, including first and second filters. The first filter may have a first filter element in a first seat, wherein the first seat is accessible through the suction opening. The second filter, located downstream from the first filter, may have second filter elements in a second seat. The first seat may be interposed between the suction opening and the second seat. The second seat may be accessible through the first seat, to allow extraction and/or insertion of the second filter elements through the suction opening, passing through the first seat.
