Valve package
A heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) assembly that includes a duct and a coil assembly coupled to the duct. A supply line and return line are connected to the coil assembly. A first hanger assembly encircles the supply line, and a second hanger assembly encircles the return line. A support bracket has a first raised channel with a hole and second raised channel with a hole. A first threaded connector is secured using a square nut located in under the raised channel of the bracket, and a second threaded connector is connected to the threaded hole of the second hanger assembly and the second hole in a raised channel of a bracket and secured using a square nut located in under the raised channel of the bracket.
BOILER LOOP SYSTEM
A boiler loop system including a primary-secondary piping loop interface apparatus including a flow diversion device, and a drain valve, and a drain port in branches from a circumferential sidewall. In an embodiment, supply branch piping and return branch piping connect the primary-secondary piping loop interface apparatus to a boiler and provide attachment points for auxiliary plumbing equipment. In an embodiment, the boiler loop is integrated into the primary loop.
Conduit module coupled with heating or cooling module
A heating and cooling system for use with hot, cold and source fluid circuits. A conduit module couples a heating/cooling module with the fluid circuits. The conduit module includes four three-way valves to communicated fluid from and to the fluid circuits to first and second heat exchangers in the heating/cooling module. The first heat exchanger is used to heat a fluid flow and the second one chills a second fluid flow. The conduit module simultaneously supplies a hot fluid flow to a hot fluid circuit and a cold fluid to a cold fluid circuit. The source fluid is routed by the conduit module.
Hydronic expansion tank assembly
An isolation mounting arm for use with an expansion tank has a passageway with a first end portion, a second end portion, and a medial portion located between the first end portion and the second end portion with the drain port located at the terminal end of the second end portion. A first tee is located in the first end portion with oppositely disposed first and second ports. A second tee is located in the second end portion, with oppositely disposed fourth and fifth ports. A first valve member is coupled to the first port, a second valve member is coupled to the second port, and a third valve member is located adjacent to the drain port. An expansion tank is coupled to either the fourth port or the fifth port with a plug coupled to the other port.
