Air conditioning system including a ventilator that supplies humidified outdoor air
When a humidity condition, including a humidity detected by a temperature and humidity sensor and a humidification load sensing unit falling below a threshold value, is met, an outside air conditioner supplies the heated and humidified air into the room. When the humidity condition is met during the indoor heating operation, the indoor heating operation is stopped or weakened. When the humidity condition is met, only the outside air conditioner is subjected to a heating and humidifying operation. Since the indoor air is not heated by the inside air conditioner more than necessary, when a heating load is low and a humidification load is present, a “conflicting state” can be prevented in which the inside air conditioner is subjected to a cooling and dehumidifying operation and the outside air conditioner is subjected to the heating and humidifying operation.

BUILDING STRUCTURE FOR A MULTI-STORY BUILDING
A structure for a multi-story building comprises a first passageway constructed internally within a building being configured with a mount for a ducted condenser unit (DCU) of a split type, unitary air conditioning system to achieve a desired level of condenser based heat dissipation and with a plurality of penetrations to accommodate a conduit through which refrigerant circulates between inside and outside units of the air conditioning system; and a second passageway constructed internally within the building for receiving air discharged from the DCU the second passageway terminating at an opening of the building through which the discharged air is exhausted to the atmosphere. The passageways have walls that are essentially closed, with the exception of the wall that is formed with an opening through which the discharged air flows. One or both of the first and second passageways upwardly extends across at least two stories of the building.
Heat pump inspection facilitating stand device
A heat pump inspection facilitating stand device supports a heat pump housing in an elevated position to inhibit debris from collecting on the housing wherein inspection of the housing and heat pump machine is facilitated. The device includes a stiff planar base ring wherein the base ring is configured to support a heat pump thereon. Each of a plurality of legs is coupled to and extends downwardly from a bottom surface of the base ring such that the base ring is supported in an elevated position. Each of a plurality of feet is coupled to and extends from a respective bottom end of an associated one of the legs and is structured to define an aperture extending through the foot for receiving an anchor therethrough for anchoring each foot to a footing.
