AIR DIFFUSER FOR LOCALIZED CLIMATE CONTROL

An air diffuser of a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a mixing chamber having a circulation inlet and a mixing region, a room air intake fluidly coupled with the circulation inlet and separated from the mixing region by a blank-off plate, and a nozzle. The nozzle is disposed adjacent to the circulation inlet and configured to accelerate a conditioned air flow into the mixing region such that unconditioned room air is induced by the conditioned air flow to enter the mixing region through the circulation inlet and from the room air intake.

SUPPLY AIR DUCT WITH INTEGRAL NOZZLES FOR DIFFUSING SUPPLY AIR ALONG THE LENGTH OF THE SUPPLY AIR DUCT

An exposed high induction supply air duct is provided and is adapted to be installed in an open ceiling environment. Conditioned air is diffused from the supply air duct through an array of nozzles disposed along the length of the supply air duct. At the same time, existing air in an open space underlying the duct is induced upwardly towards the nozzles where the existing air is efficiently mixed with the supply air being exhausted by the nozzles.

An exposed high induction supply air duct is provided and is adapted to be installed in an open ceiling environment. A portable post office contained within an intermodal container is disclosed. Such a structure may include a rack movably secured to a track mounted in the ceiling of said container via a trolley. The rack may be configured to hold a plurality of post office boxes, each box having a lockable door facing the center aisle of the container, and an open end facing the rear of the rack. The rack may be positioned against an interior side wall of the container and secured in place via a locking mechanism to prevent access to the open ends of the post office boxes. An individual may release the locking mechanism and move the rack into the center aisle along the track to access the open ends of the post office boxes. The rack member may then be moved back along the track and re-secured against the side wall.

An air conditioner includes a housing having a first outlet and a second outlet, a first channel communicating with the first outlet, a second channel communicating with the second outlet, a tank unit configured to hold water for cooling first air and second air, the first air flowing through the first channel, the second air flowing through the second channel, a cooling unit configured to cool the first air by heat of vaporization of water held in the tank unit, a water supply channel for supplying water held in the tank unit to the cooling unit, and a water recovery channel for collecting water remaining in the cooling unit to the tank unit.
