COOLING SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE SENSOR MODULES
A cooling system for a vehicle sensor module includes an active internal gas circulation system and a cold plate. The sensor module includes a light detector sensor disposed in a sealed housing. The housing is at least partially transparent. A cold plate is disposed on an end of the housing, and seals the housing. The active internal gas circulation system is disposed within the housing, and defines a first fluid flow path across the cold plate.
STACKABLE CASES
A stackable case includes a cooling and/or heating device, such as a Peltier element, so that the stackable case can be used as a cooler and/or warmer for storing beverages, food, etc. A power source device, in which a plurality of battery packs is housed, supplies power to the Peltier element and one or more fans. The power supply device has latches for detachably joining or linking it to the stackable case in a stacked manner.
PORTABLE COOLER
A portable cooler container is provided. The temperature control system cools a chamber of the container to transport temperature sensitive contents via the container. An electronic display screen on one of the lid and the container body selectively displays an electronic shipping label for the portable cooler container.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING AQUARIUM WATER TEMPERATURE THROUGH DIRECT HEAT EXCHANGE
A method for adjusting an aquarium water temperature through direct heat exchange by a water temperature adjustment apparatus for an aquarium includes: a first step of allowing a smart sensor unit to measure the temperature of the water; a second step of controlling a heat exchange adjuster that sunk in the water to adjust the temperature of the water based on the temperature of the water measured by the smart sensor unit; and a third step of allowing the heat exchange adjuster to adjust direct heat exchange with the water.
SHOE MANAGEMENT APPARATUS
A shoe management apparatus including a receiving portion defining a receiving space for receiving shoes therein, a first supply portion for guiding flow of a fluid towards the receiving portion, the first supply portion including a stationary duct disposed above the receiving space, a flexible duct connected to the stationary duct and able to rotate to change shape, a rotatable duct connected to the flexible duct and a first driver connected to the rotatable duct and for generating a rotational force to rotate the rotatable duct.
LOW POWER THERMOELECTRIC SYSTEMS
A device for manipulating the temperature of a surface may include a heat transfer surface including active portions and a passive portion. The passive portion may include an inner passive portion disposed between each of the active portions and/or may include an outer passive portion that may surround each of the active portions. The active portions may form 40-90% of a total surface area of the heat transfer surface, where total surface area includes active portions and an inner passive portion. The passive portion(s) may have a thermal conductivity less than the active portion. A processor may be in electrical communication with thermoelectric modules defining or forming the active portions to generate a heat flux through the heat transfer surface. The heat flux through the active portions may be between 500 and 15,000 W/m.sup.2 during nominal operation of the device.
Insulation and cooling system for temperature sensitive materials
An insulation and cooling system for temperature sensitive materials is disclosed. The system removes the risk of heat back-flow from the powered down cooler to the cooled volume, and in doing so increases the potential battery life of the device and removes the risk of the contents rapidly heating when the cooler loses power.
THERMOELECTRIC COOLER CASCADED PACKAGING FOR CELL DENSE ARRANGEMENT
A multi-stage cascaded thermoelectrical cooler (TEC) package is used in conjunction with an air cooling system to control temperature of battery cells in a battery module such that the temperature differences stay within a predetermined range. Battery cells in the battery module are divided into one or more regular sections and one or more TEC enhancing sections. A regular section and a TEC enhancing section can use different types of battery cell holders to assemble the battery cells. TECs in the TEC package are integrated into each enhancing section, where each stage of the TEC package is attached to one or more battery cells in a different region of the enhancing section. A higher stage, which is more powerful in enhancing heat transfer and extracting heat from battery cells, is attached to one or more battery cells in a section closer to the air outlet. The TEC package is powered by a discharging convertor circuit of the battery module.
Cooling/warming device
A cooling/warming device according to one embodiment of the present invention provides a cooling/warming device including a case including a lower case and an upper case coupled to the lower case, a fan which is accommodated in the case and circulates air introduced into the case, a thermoelectric device which is accommodated in the case, is disposed on a side surface of the fan, cools some air generated by the fan, and heats the remaining air, and a controller which is connected to the thermoelectric device and the fan and controls operation of the thermoelectric device and the fan. The thermoelectric device includes a first heat transmission member disposed at a side of the lower case, a second heat transmission member disposed at a side of the upper case, and a thermoelectric element disposed between the first heat transmission member and the second heat transmission member. The case includes an inlet through which air is introduced into the case, an air blow pipe through which air passing through the first heat transmission member flows, an air blow port from which the air flowing through the air blow pipe is discharged, a discharge pipe through which air passing through the second heat transmission member flows, and a discharge outlet from which the air flowing through the discharge pipe is discharged, and a bottom surface of the discharge pipe includes inclined regions having different heights at a predetermined point.
Storage system for house entrance
A storage system for a house entrance includes an entrance refrigerator, a storage placed at a rear of the entrance refrigerator, and a blocking plate covering a gap formed between the entrance refrigerator and the storage. An intake hole is provided at a lower portion of the blocking plate and a discharge hole is provided at an upper portion of the blocking plate.
