The method of collapsing a box from an expanded configuration to a collapsed configuration, the box comprising a side panel and a bottom panel attached to the side panel, can comprise bending a center fold line of the side panel; unbending a length fold line defined between the side panel and the bottom panel; bending a first corner fold line that extends from a bottom panel corner of the bottom panel to an edge fold line of a center subpanel of the bottom panel; and bending a second corner fold line that extends from the bottom panel corner to a longitudinal center line that bisects a bottom panel edge of the bottom panel.

The low-temperature transport device includes a thermal insulation container, a plurality of pieces of dry ice disposed in the thermal insulation container so as to cool a transport object, a support member disposed in the thermal insulation container to support the transport object, and a first space formed between the transport object supported by the support member and an inner bottom surface of the thermal insulation container. The first space is filled with the dry ice.

Disclosed is a method of maintaining an initial quantity of mRNA vaccine cargo in an EPS container containing dry ice as a passive coolant during shipment from a manufacturing site, wherein the initial quantity of mRNA vaccine cargo is shipped to a first depot and then repackaged into smaller quantities at one or more additional depots en route to the final destinations. Dry ice can be added or ordered in advance to be available at the next depot for the cargo. Indicators show the status of the cargo and whether it has undergone unacceptable temperature or humidity excursions.
