The specification discloses a method for containing spills on shelving and the like, and the resulting support members made in accordance with the method, by providing the generally flat top surface of a support with a hydrophobic surface which is arranged in a spill containment pattern and which is generally in the plane of the top surface of the support. The majority of the top surface of the support consists of one or more spill containment areas which are of a non-hydrophobic nature and which are bounded by the hydrophobic surfaces, such that spills on the shelving collect in the non-hydrophobic spill containment area or areas and are prevented from spreading by the hydrophobic surfaces.

A shelf tray assembly has a bracket and a partition, where the partition includes a first partition. The bracket includes a sliding rail with a second section and a first section higher than the second section, and there is a first height difference between the first and second sections. The first partition is configured to reciprocate on the bracket along the sliding rail, and a movement path of the first partition includes a first position and a second position. When the first partition is located at the first position, the first partition is supported on the first section. When the first partition is located at the second position, the first partition is supported on the second section. The shelf tray assembly includes a lifting structure. A height difference when the first partition rises or falls can be effectively reduced, and a moving process of the first partition becomes smoother.

Provided is a refrigerator. A sliding shelf assembly for a refrigerator appliance is provided. The sliding shelf assembly includes a shelf support frame that is slidably mounted inside the chilled chamber of the refrigerator appliance. The refrigerator includes a cabinet including a storage compartment having a predetermined size, a shelf installed in the storage compartment, the shelf including a light source unit for illuminating an inside of the storage compartment, a transmitter connected to an external power supply for wirelessly transmitting power, the transmitter having a primary resonance frequency within a predetermined range, and a receiver for wirelessly receiving the power from the transmitter so as to supply the power to the light source unit of the shelf, the transmitter transmitting the power to the receiver using a secondary resonance frequency generated when the receiver is located close to the transmitter.
