TRANSPORT CONTAINER
A transport container for transporting temperature-sensitive transport goods comprising a chamber for receiving the transport goods, a casing enclosing the chamber and at least one cooling element for temperature control of the chamber, wherein the cooling element comprises an evaporation element with a cooling surface, a desiccant for receiving coolant evaporated in the evaporation element and a reservoir for the coolant which is fluidly connectable with the evaporation element. Means are provided for evaporating the coolant stored in the desiccant and the desiccant is connected to the reservoir for transporting the vaporized coolant to the reservoir.
Method and apparatus for thermally protecting and/or transporting temperature sensitive products
Method and apparatus for thermally protecting a product, when storing and/or shipping a product, to control temperatures products are exposed to. Embodiments increase the amount of time portions of the product experience a desired temperature range and/or reduce the amount of time portions of the product experience temperatures outside a desired temperature range and/or experience an undesirable temperature range. Embodiments incorporate thermally conductive materials, referred to as conductive equalizers, positioned around and/or near the product positioned inside a packaging container, where the conductive materials conduct heat from locations in the package interior to other locations in the package interior. The conductive equalizers conductively transfer heat from hotter portions of the interior of the container to cooler portions of the interior of the container and/or from portions of the interior desired to be cooled to the cold bank, resulting in a more uniform temperature distribution around the product.
CHEST COOLER ACCESSORY
A chest cooler accessory for maintaining food items above a level of ice and water within the chest cooler that includes a rectangular elastic net that is maintained around three sides to the undersurface of the chest cooler lid to be open along the rectangular elastic net side that is adjacent to the lid latching side to allow food items to be passed into the rectangular elastic net that flexes to support which items above the water and ice level during transport, and which rectangular elastic net attachment to the lid undersurface is with fasteners that do not effect the lid internal integrity, and said rectangular elastic net is arranged to have a splash guard mounted thereto to block passage of water therethrough.
Vessel assemblies for temperature control
This present disclosure provides a vessel assembly for use in temperature sensitive shipping that can maintain a payload temperature across a range of temperatures. Importantly, the vessel assembly of the present disclosure reduces the overall packaging materials used in a shipper box and prevents the “wrong” mixture of PCM-containing vessels from being used.
Insulated Cooler with a Submersible Internal Circulating Pump
An insulated cooler with a submersible internal circulating pump is provided. The insulated cooler includes a base, a plurality of sidewalls extending upwardly therefrom, and an open upper end defining an interior volume. The insulated cooler further includes a lid that is removably secured over the open upper end, wherein the lid includes multiple recessed cup holders with sidewalls that extend downwardly into the interior volume of the insulated cooler. The insulated cooler includes a submersible internal circulating pump operably connected to a system of copper tubing that winds around the sidewall of the recessed cup holders. When activated, the submersible internal circulating pump transports melted ice water through the tubing, which cools the sidewall of the recessed cup holders. In this way, the insulated cooler can cool objects within the interior volume and can cool beverages that are supported within the exterior cup holders.
Malleable Middle Man
The nature of this invention is to provide a more efficient and convenient option for access to contents of containers with minimal exposure of inner contents to outside elements. This invention Malleable Middle Man (mmm) would be some sort of cover or lid that may be made at least in part out of silicone or other flexible or malleable material in order to allow for an opening of any size (small or large) in any pattern of the opening that allows to reach through that the user may be able to easily reach through to access the contained food or other material while minimizing the exposure of the contained food/beverage, ice or other material to outside elements and reduce the loss of cold or warm/hot air from inside the container—prolonging the temperature of the storage container or ice chest or appliance alike. In addition this cover could be in the form of a stand alone cover or serve as a secondary lid that may be left “closed” (yet allowing inner contents to be accessible) while the primary lid is opened.
METHOD AND CONTAINER FOR SHIPPING A FROZEN FOOD PRODUCT
This disclosure relates to a method and container for shipping a frozen food product, normally in the form of an uncooked fruit pie, with a decorative container for holding the food product such that the decorative container is adjacent to the frozen food product which in turn is positioned adjacent to a refrigeration component to maintain the frozen product frozen during shipment. The combination provides an unusual gifting opportunity providing a reusable laser engraved commemorative and reusable memorabilia for celebrating life's important events. Preferably the food product is uncooked and is conventionally baked by the recipient or by another prior to presentation to the intended recipient.
INSULATION CONTAINER FOR TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED TRANSPORT OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS
Insulation container for the temperature-controlled transport of pharmaceutical products, comprising an outer container with an outer container base and an outer container wall, which are connected to one another in such a way as to form a receiving space open on one side, and wherein the insulation container comprises a lid which is designed to completely cover the receiving space by placing the lid on the outer container, and wherein the insulation container furthermore has a receiving space comprises inserted compartment which separates the receiving space into separate compartments.
PRODUCT TRANSPORT CONTAINER WITH A DESIRED TEMPERATURE RANGE
The present invention relates to the transport of products in a desired conservation temperature range, comprising: a box (2) made of insulating material delimiting a compartment opened upwards having a volume less than 150 liters and able to contain products, the box (2) having a determined heat dissipation value; a cover (4) made of insulating material adaptable on the box (2) to seal the compartment; a diffusing divider wall (5) interposed between the box (2) and the cover (4) to delimit with the cover (4), a chamber with a surface (7) for receiving at least one refrigerated load (6) emitting a heat value, the cover (4) and the divider wall (5) comprising complementary means for locking/unlocking (9) with one another; characterized in that the heat energy emitted by the refrigerated load (6) and the thermal diffusion coefficient of the divider wall (5) are adjusted such that, at determined transport and conservation temperatures and for a desired duration after receiving the refrigerated load (6) and exposure of the container (1) to the transport temperature, the heat value diffused by the divider wall (5) to the compartment is equal to, or at most 20% greater than the heat value dissipated by the box (2).
Insulating Device and Method for Forming Insulating Device
An insulating device including an outer shell, an inner liner forming a storage compartment, an insulating layer positioned in between the outer shell and the inner liner, wherein the insulating layer provides insulation for the storage compartment, and an opening configured to allow access to the storage compartment.
