10597176 · 2020-03-24 ·

A balloon tool having a U-shaped body, first and second side walls extending outward from an end of the U-shaped body to form a slot between the side walls and the U-shaped body, and a tooth extending outward from the second side wall toward the first side wall to present a gap between a distal end of the tooth and the second side wall. The balloon tool is preferably configured for tying a knot in a balloon by sliding the neck of a balloon into the slot and through the gap, wrapping the neck of the balloon around the U-shaped body, inserting an end of the balloon between the U-shaped body and the portion of the neck wrapped around the U-shaped body, and sliding the neck of the balloon back out through the gap. The balloon tool preferably includes a hollow channel for filling a balloon with fluid.

A water gun refilling station for refilling a water gun includes a base positioned a predetermined distance above a ground surface. A fitting is attached to the base and is in fluid communication with a source of pressurized water. The fitting is selectively operated to be opened and closed. The water gun includes a water storage container. An attachment is connected to the water gun and is in fluid communication with the water storage container. The attachment may be selectively manually connected to the fitting. An air vent is operatively connected to the water storage container. Wherein when the attachment is manually connected to the fitting, the air vent is opened within the water storage container to enable a supply of pressurized water to quickly refill the water gun.

Balloon toy

An interactive toy is shown and described. The toy can be in the shape of a balloon animal, such as a dog, and react in a predetermined manner to user input or stimulus. More specifically, the balloon animal responds and reacts to the user input provided to specific locations on the balloon animal and/or to placement of an object in proximity to or in contact with the balloon animal.

A filling device may be used to fill a ball or other inflatable item from a water source such as a hose. A filling device may include an adapter having a cylindrical body with a hollow threaded interior, one closed end and one open end. A filling coupler is coupled to the one closed end of the cylindrical body. The one closed end of the cylindrical body has an opening formed therethrough and the filling coupler is coupled to the one closed end covering the opening. The filling coupler has a hollow threaded interior in fluid communication with the opening. A tip may be removably coupled to the filling coupler. The tip may be a ball inflation needle, a water balloon filling tip or the like.

Gift box with self-inflating balloon

A gift box with a self-inflating balloon is designed to be shipped to a recipient through the mail. A lid of the box is configured to be opened and may display a personalized message relating to a special occasion of the recipient. The box includes the balloon, which may be hidden from view in a compartment of the box. The box includes a switch that is configured to be actuated by the recipient. Upon actuating the switch, an inflation device is activated and begins to inflate the balloon, which emerges from the compartment of the box. A vibrating motor inside the box may synchronously cause the box to vibrate. After a pre-determined amount of time, the inflation device and motor deactivate, and a valve seals the air inside the balloon. Once the balloon is inflated, the gift box and balloon may be displayed for the recipient.

Balloon

A balloon includes two joined plastic films. The balloon includes: a gas supply valve sandwiched between and joined to the first film and the second film; a first chamber receiving air supplied from the gas supply valve for expansion; and a second chamber communicating to the first chamber. The gas supply valve includes a gas passage that extends from a gas inlet positioned on an outer side of the second chamber to an inside of the first chamber through the second chamber. Part of the first film and the second film between the first chamber and the second chamber and between the gas passage and a peripheral edge of the balloon are joined together to form a first weld portion and a second weld portion. The first weld portion is formed on an opposite side of the second weld portion with the gas passage sandwiched therebetween.

Pouch assembly

A balloon valve and pouch assembly is mounted in a neck portion of a balloon and comprises a balloon valve and a pouch. The pouch is adapted to receive and retain an illumination device in a predetermined position. The valve has a valve inlet and a valve outlet provided at an opposite end of the valve. The valve is delimited by a sealing path and two layers. The pouch comprises an opening through which an illumination device can be inserted and, opposite the pouch opening, a closed end of the pouch. The pouch is delimited by a first sealing path and two additional layers. The two additional layers are heat-sealed together along the first sealing path, which is substantially V-shaped, with the open end of the V-shape defining the pouch opening and the closed end of the V-shape defining the closed end of the pouch.
