Coand{hacek over (a)}-effect vegetable material dryer
A cylindrical drum having a plurality of vanes which extend radially into the drum and extend axially substantially the length of the drum rotates about its axis such that the plurality of vanes convey vegetable material from a lowest point in the interior of the drum to a highest point in the interior of the drum, there, to drop the vegetable matter downward within the interior of the drum. A plenum feeds air through a nozzle opening in a rectangular slot extending in its longest dimension substantially the length of the drum. The plenum and nozzle being housed to form a Coand{hacek over (a)}-effect nozzle body having a tear-shaped housing. Two Coand{hacek over (a)} surfaces are situated in opposed relation terminating at the nozzle. The Coand{hacek over (a)} surfaces to guide air into a combined flow. A hopper plate cooperates with the housing to form a hopper directing vegetable matter to collide with the combined flow.
AGGREGATE DRYER WITH EXHAUST QUENCHING SYSTEM
An exhaust quenching system is provided for use in connection with an asphalt concrete production plant having a dryer for drying aggregate material, an exhaust gas outlet conduit for discharge of exhaust gases from the dryer, and a dust collection assembly that is adapted to receive exhaust gases and entrained dust from the dryer via the exhaust gas outlet conduit. The exhaust quenching system is adapted to effect evaporative cooling of the exhaust gases in the exhaust gas outlet conduit upstream of the dust collection assembly.

PORTABLE MACHINE AND METHOD FOR WASHING AND DRYING CARTRIDGE CASES FOR GUN OR RIFLE
A portable machine for washing and drying cartridge cases for a gun or rifle includes a washing chamber having a cartridge case introduction opening, an inlet port, a discharging port, and a door configured to hermetically close the cartridge case introduction opening. The portable machine also includes a hydraulic circuit configured to allow washing liquid to enter the washing chamber via the inlet port to be discharged via the discharging port. The portable machine also includes a rotating body arranged in the washing chamber to rotate about an axis, the rotating body including a movement element. The movement element protrudes into the washing chamber and is configured to repeatedly lift and release the cartridge cases in the washing chamber during rotation of the rotating body. The portable machine also includes an operating motor, and a drying device arranged to dry the cartridge cases in the washing chamber.
EQUIPMENT FOR REDUCING SPECIFIC AIR POLLUTANT GENERATED FROM HEATED ASPHALT CONCRETE WITH PROPORTIONAL CONTROL
Proposed is an equipment for reducing specific air pollutants generated from heated asphalt concrete with proportional control, which includes: a dryer for heating and drying aggregates and for burning harmful gases introduced through nozzles mounted thereon; a first dust remover for removing dust from the harmful gases emitted from the dryer; a fine dust remover for filtering fine dust from the remaining gases and dust; a bypass damper for returning some of the gases and dust emitted from the first dust remover to a second dust remover; the second dust remover for filtering the dust in the gases and dust emitted from the first dust remover; and a blower for feeding the gases exhausted from the second dust remover to the dryer, wherein clean gas exhausted from the fine dust remover is emitted to the air through an exhaust fan and a stack.
STEEL GRIT DRYER
A method of processing steel grit may include moving steel grit into a pre-classifier, weighing the pre-classifier with steel grit being processed by the pre-classifier, and altering a functional process to process the steel grit based on the weight of the pre-classifier including the steel grit. A machine for processing steel grit may include a pre-classifier configured to process steel grit to remove debris from the steel grit. A support member may be configured to support the pre-classifier. Multiple rotatable link assemblies may connect the pre-classifier to the support member to enable the pre-classifier to freely rotate as a function of gravity when supported from the support member. A weight sensor may be configured to weigh the pre-classifier including steel grit contained in the pre-classifier.
Dual Drying Path With Exhaust Recirculation for Solid Waste Processing
A technique, method and system for drying a solid waste stream in a pyrolysis recycling installation, including drying the waste stream in a first dryer, feeding the partially dried waste stream from the first dryer to a second dryer, further drying the waste stream in the second dryer to produce a dried waste stream, and feeding the dried waste stream from the second dryer to a pyrolysis unit, wherein the first and second dryers dry the waste stream primarily, or exclusively, using heat generated from the pyrolysis unit.
Methods and systems for concentrating a solids stream recovered from a process stream in a biorefinery
The present disclosure relates to methods and systems for concentrating a solids stream recovered from one or more process streams derived from a beer in a biorefinery by exposing the recovered solids stream to an evaporator system to remove moisture therefrom and form a concentrated, recovered solids stream.
