An electrode manufacturing facility includes a dryer, a first pipe, a solvent collection device, an outside air inlet pipe, a heat exchanger, and a second pipe. The first pipe sends an exhaust gas expelled from the dryer to the solvent collection device. The solvent collection device causes an organic solvent contained in the exhaust gas expelled from the dryer to dissolve into water to collect the organic solvent. The heat exchanger exchanges heat between the exhaust gas expelled from the dryer and the outside air inlet pipe. The second pipe is connected to a pipe to which the exhaust gas after having passed through the solvent collection device is expelled and to a portion of the outside air inlet pipe located upstream of the heat exchanger, and sends at least a portion of the exhaust gas after having passed through the solvent collection device to the outside air inlet pipe.

A light irradiation device includes at least one irradiation unit including a reflective surface which is disposed in a concave inner surface formed to have a substantially arc shape and into which a wire member is inserted, and a light source which is configured to emit light toward the wire member and is disposed so as to face the reflective surface in a direction of an optical axis of the emitted light, and an insertion portion configured to interiorly form an insertion path for inserting the wire member into the reflective surface. The reflective surface is disposed such that a center of the substantially arc shape is eccentric with respect to a center of the insertion path.

Oven drying apparatus and coating device
The present application provides an oven drying apparatus and a coating device. The oven drying apparatus comprises an oven drying chamber and a heating assembly. The oven drying chamber is equipped with a first oven drying side having a plurality of first air inlet portions for fluid medium to enter the oven drying chamber. The heating assembly is disposed on the first oven drying side. The first oven drying side is further provided with at least one air return portion provided between two adjacent first air inlet portions, and the air return portion being configured for fluid medium in the oven drying chamber to be discharged from the oven drying chamber. The arrangement of an air return portion between two first air inlet portions can discharge fluid medium between the two first air inlet portions and take away the heat, thus avoiding accumulation of heat between the two first air inlet portions.
DEVICE INCLUDING A RADIATION EMITTER FOR APPLYING RADIATION TO A TARGET, AND RELATED METHODS
A device for applying radiation to a target is provided. The device includes a radiation emitter to emit electromagnetic radiation having a peak emission wavelength in the range from 10 nm-1 mm, and a first reflector that extends in a length direction with a concave cross section. The first reflector defines a cavity area having a perimeter, and includes an inward facing reflective border for at least 50% of the perimeter of the cavity area. Radiation is provided to the cavity area with an intensity distribution I and a maximum intensity I.sub.max. The cavity area includes a focal area defined by all points at which a normalized intensity I/I.sub.max is greater than 0.2. A width of the focal area is 0.0001-0.5 times a width of the cavity area.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TREATING FABRIC
The apparatus (100) comprises several stations for treating fabric (10). For example, a cleaning station (20) is provided that is arranged to remove loose debris from the fabric and move the fabric in a continuous motion through the cleaning station. A treatment station (40) is then arranged to receive the fabric from the cleaning station and to transfer treatment fluid to the fabric in a treatment zone. Finally, a drying station (50) is arranged to receive the fabric from the treatment station and to dry the fabric in a drying zone. Advantageously, the treatment station is arranged to transfer the treatment fluid by spraying the treatment fluid under pressure onto a side of the fabric.

The present invention relates to an electrode sheet drying apparatus capable of preventing thermal wrinkles in a non-coated portion, and more particularly to an electrode sheet drying apparatus for drying an electrode sheet including a pair of coated portions each having an electrode active material applied to one surface of metal foil and a non-coated portion located between the pair of coated portions, the apparatus including a chamber configured to dry the electrode sheet therein, a heater provided at an upper part of the chamber, the heater being configured to adjust the temperature in the chamber to a temperature necessary to dry the electrode sheet, and at least one guide roll configured to guide movement of the electrode sheet in the chamber and to maintain tension of the electrode sheet, wherein a part of the electrode sheet is moved in a state of being spaced apart from the guide roll.
