LINT REMOVING APPARATUS AND CLOTHES DRYER HAVING THE SAME
A clothes dryer including a cabinet, a drum rotatably supported in the cabinet, a supply port configured to guide air into the drum, an exhaust port configured to guide the air in the drum to an outside of the drum, and a lint removing apparatus configured to remove lint from the air passing through the exhaust port. Where the lint removing apparatus includes a lint filter configured to capture lint, a rotation member rotatably installed to scrape and collect the lint captured in the lint filer, a driving device configured to generate power, a first coupler connected to the driving device to receive the power from the driving device, and a second coupler coupled to the first coupler to transmit the power to the rotation member.
DRIER
The present invention relates to a dryer for treating a moving printing web in a rotary printing press with gas, having a nozzle body. The dryer according to the invention is characterized in that the nozzle body has at least one opening for the exit of heated gas and has at least one opening for recirculating the cooled gas.
WEB DRYING APPARATUS
A web drying apparatus, comprises: two blower units which are arranged vertically between an upper dry path and a lower dry path disposed below the upper dry path and at least partially overlap each other when viewed from a vertical direction. One blower unit disposed on an upper side, the other blower unit disposed on a lower side. The lower end part of the one blower unit deviates from the upper end part of the other blower unit in the horizontal direction and protrudes to be lower than the upper end part in the vertical direction.
WEB DRYING APPARATUS AND WEB DRYING METHOD
A web drying apparatus, comprises: a blow-drying part which has two blower units arranged on both sides of web which is transferred in a transfer direction, and injects gas onto the web passing through a dry path between the two blower units; a housing which has a sidewall provided with an opening facing the dry path from the transfer direction, through which the web passes in the transfer direction through the opening, and houses the blow-drying part; an exhaust part which is disposed between the sidewall and the blow-drying part in the housing and exhausts gas from the inside of the housing to the outside of the housing; and a rectifying member which is disposed between the blow-drying part and the exhaust part in the housing and faces the web being transferred in the transfer direction.
APPARATUS, INLET AIR UNIT AND LIQUID DISCHARGING APPARATUS
An apparatus according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a temperature controlling member configured to heat or cool a conveyed substrate to which a liquid is applied, the conveyed substrate contacting an outer peripheral surface of the temperature controlling member; and an upstream inlet air unit configured to draw air between the substrate and the temperature controlling member, the upstream inlet air unit being provided upstream of a contact location of the substrate with the temperature controlling member, in a conveying direction.
SLUDGE DRYING APPARATUS
A sludge drying apparatus includes a waste fluid bath for storing a waste fluid containing a sludge, an extracting unit for extracting the sludge from the waste fluid stored in the waste fluid bath, a transfer belt for transferring the sludge extracted by the extracting unit, a drying unit for drying the sludge to be transferred by the transfer belt, and a recovering unit for recovering the sludge transferred by the transfer belt and dried by the drying unit. The recovering unit includes a roll brush provided adjacent to the air outlet so as to horizontally extend in the direction perpendicular to the direction of extension of the transfer belt, and a recovery box for recovering the sludge separated from the transfer belt by the roll brush.
Dye exhaustion and dryer apparatus
An apparatus for dye application to textile manufactures, exhaustion of the applied dye, and drying of the textile manufacture. The apparatus, in some implementations, includes a dye applicator that applies dye evenly to a textile manufacture of varying length, one or more microwave elements for heating the textile manufacture with applied dye to exhaust the dye, and a blower system to dry the textile manufacture after application of the applied dye.
Rapid cleaning device for summer sleeping mat production
The invention discloses a rapid cleaning device for producing mats, which includes a washing machine. The washing machine is provided with a cleaning chamber with an upward opening. The left and right sides of the cleaning chamber are provided with rotation wheels. A conveyer belt is wound around the conveyer wheels. The conveyer belt is recessed downward in the middle and immersed in the cleaning liquid. In the present invention, the mat is immersed in the conveying process. In the cleaning liquid, the bamboo surface is polished and washed to remove burrs and stains on the bamboo surface of the mat, and then the mat is dried at high temperature quickly to ensure that it is not affected by moisture during subsequent processing. At the same time, the device mat is adjusted to ensure that the mat does not shift during transportation.
Remote nozzle deckle system
Seal member for a nozzle or an air bar, that is configured and can be positioned to block at least a portion of the flow of air (or gas) exiting or discharged from the nozzle or air bar into the interior of a housing such as a dryer or the like. Each seal member can be actuated externally of the housing interior, without requiring physical access to the housing interior, to move it into air flow blocking relation with a nozzle, and to move it out of air flow blocking relation with a nozzle. Each seal member can be actuated while the apparatus remains in an operating mode. Also disclosed is a method of controlling or regulating the amount of air emitted or discharged from one or more nozzles in a housing by blocking air flow discharged from the one or more nozzles with a seal member.
