Process for ore moisture reduction in conveyor belts and transfer chutes
A process for ore moisture removal by exposure of the ore to a hot and dry air stream is described. Also described is a conveyor belt and a transfer chute adapted for the use of the above process. Among other aspects, the process has the function of reducing moisture in ores prior to the shipping stage of this material.
Indirect heat drying method for particulate matter, refined-coal production method, indirect heat drying device, and refined-coal production device
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an indirect heat drying method and a refined-coal production method, with which the stability of carrier-gas pressure balance can be improved when using indirect heat dryers to dry particulate matter. This indirect heat drying method for particulate matter uses two indirect heat dryers, and is provided with: a step (A) in which particulate matter is dried in a first indirect heat dryer; and a step (B) in which the particulate matter is further dried in a second indirect heat dryer to obtain dried particulate matter. The indirect heat drying method for particulate matter is characterized by being further provided with a step (C) in which first microparticles included in a carrier gas discharged from the first indirect heat dryer are recovered and mixed with the particulate matter supplied to step (B); and a step (D) in which second microparticles included in a carrier gas discharged from the second indirect heat dryer are recovered and mixed with the dried particulate matter obtained in step (B).
HEAT SUPPLY-ENERGY-SAVING EQUIPMENT FOR PRINTING AND DYEING FACTORY
A heating-energy-saving equipment for printing and dyeing factory, including: a heat source generator, a first ejector, a second ejector, a setting machine and a flash drum; a steam outlet of the heat source generator is connected to an injection port of the first ejector through a pipeline, an outlet of the first ejector is connected to an injection port of the second ejector, the water outlet of the flash drum is provided with a second branch pipe which is connected to the first ejector port of the second ejector, and the steam outlet of the flash drum is connected to the second ejector port of the second ejector, the present invention can save energy and reduce production costs; can be improved upon the existing equipment without changing the main structure of existing equipment, and it is very easy to implement; can reduce the discharge heat loss and environmental pollution.
STEAM COMPRESSION DRYER
A dryer apparatus is disclosed comprising a container having a container inlet and outlet, a pump that is configured to motivate a first air-vapor mixture flow via the container inlet and via the container outlet, a heating device configured to heat the first air-vapor mixture, a selector with at least two states, a compressor that is configured to compress and motivate a part of the first air-vapor mixture flow as a second air-vapor mixture flow, to flow through a first heat exchanger and to flow through a second heat exchanger and a pressure reducing device that is configured to reduce the pressure of said second air-vapor mixture downstream said first heat exchanger. The selector is configured to direct most of the first air-vapor mixture to flow in a closed cycle through the container, or configured to exchange most of the first air-vapor mixture with air located outside the apparatus.
Apparatus and method for use in a flue-cured barn
The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for use in a flue-cured barn. The apparatus comprises a combustion chamber for burning fuel; an exhaust pipe for allowing combustion gases to leave the combustion chamber; and a fan for drawing the combustion gases along the exhaust pipe away from the combustion chamber and for generating a negative pressure within the combustion chamber and exhaust pipe compared with the pressure outside the apparatus.
Apparatus for controlling relative humidity in a container
In one embodiment, a method of operating a refrigeration system includes measuring a relative humidity of a container and comparing the measured relative humidity to a humidity set point. The method also includes operating evaporator fans of a refrigeration system when the measured relative humidity is above the humidity set point.
Heat supply-energy-saving equipment for printing and dyeing factory

FRESH-AIR HEAT EXCHANGER AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING HEATED FRESH AIR WITH THE ELECTRICALLY HEATED FRESH AIR HEAT EXCHANGER
The present invention relates to a fresh air heat exchanger (100) for heating a fresh air stream, comprising: at least one ventilator (106) for suctioning in fresh air and generating a fresh air stream; and at least one electrically heated heat transfer unit (108) for transferring thermal energy to the fresh air stream.
Drying Device and Drying Method for Electrode Sheet
A drying device includes a solvent supply unit for spraying a solvent onto a non-coated portion, the solvent supply unit including a main flow path sequentially passing through N solvent spray nozzles disposed along a width direction (TD), a sub-flow path branched from the main flow path, and a valve located at a branching point thereof, which may be configured to close the main flow path to allow solvent to flow into the sub-flow path by operation of the valve.
The drying device is such that the solvent supply to some of the solvent spray nozzles of the plurality of solvent spray nozzles that do not require solvent spray can be blocked by causing the valve to divert the solvent into a sub-flow path. Thus, depending on the type of electrode coating, it is not necessary to change the design of the solvent supply unit.
