PROCESS FOR DRYING ANODE COATING
The present document describes methods for drying an aqueous priming coating composition covering an external surface exposed to air of a carbon material, or an aqueous coating composition covering an intermediate substrate covering an external surface exposed to air of a carbon material, to form a layer thereon. Also described are systems for drying a coating composition covering a surface of a carbon material.
Automatic Electrode Drying Control System and Automatic Electrode Drying Control Method
A system for automatically controlling an electrode drying includes: an oven which provides a space where an electrode sheet is moved and dried, includes a dryer which applies hot air and/or radiant heat to the electrode sheet, and is divided into a plurality of drying sections; a measuring unit which collects information on a dried amount of the electrode sheet and transmits the collected information to a controller; and the controller which determines a dried level of the electrode sheet based on the information on the dried amount received from the measuring unit, and control a drying intensity of the oven according to the determined dried level. Herein, the controller independently controls the plurality of drying sections.

Coating drying method and device therefor
Air is taken out from a drying oven 1 for drying a coating film of a work piece 2, and the air is cooled such that each of at least part of moisture and at least part of a VOC which are contained in the air is condensed to be removed from the air. The air after the cooling is heated, and is returned into the drying oven 1. A heat pump 3 whose heat absorption source is the air taken out from the drying oven 1 and whose heat radiation source is the air after the cooling is provided. By using the heat pump 3, cooling and heating of the air are performed.

COAT DRYING DEVICE AND COAT DRYING METHOD
A coat drying device dries a coated film that is coated on a continuously transported coating object having first and second parts, where the second part has a greater heat capacity than the first part. The coat drying device includes a drying furnace, a hot air supply device and a control unit. The coating object is conveyed inside of the drying furnace main body. The hot air supply device heats the coating object by blowing hot air to the drying furnace. The control unit controls the hot air supply device based on a heat capacity of the coating object. The control unit controls the hot air supply device such that, when heating the second part, hot air with a greater amount of heat is supplied to the second part than an amount of heat in the hot air that is supplied to heat the first part.
COAT DRYING DEVICE AND COAT DRYING METHOD
A coat drying device dries a wet-coated film that is coated on a continuously transported coating object having first and second parts, where the second part has a greater heat capacity than the first part. The coat drying device includes a heat source and a heat source moving device. The heat source provides thermal energy primarily to a coating surface of a second part. The heat source moving device moves the heat source to the second part such that a spacing between the second part and the heat source is maintained within a predetermined range.
AUTOMATIC DRYING METHOD AND AUTOMATIC DRYING DEVICE FOR A GRAIN DRYER
An automatic drying method for a grain dryer has a preparing step, a parameter-setting step, and a multi-stage drying step. The preparing step includes preparing an automatic drying device. The automatic drying device has a body, at least two drying sections, and a detecting module. Each drying section has a hot air inlet, a net-layer base, and at least one exhaust pipe. The detecting module is connected to the body and has at least two moisture meters, at least two temperature sensors, a rotary unit, and a processing unit. The parameter-setting step comprises setting a temperature value and a moisture content of each drying section. The multi-stage drying step comprises conveying pre-dried grains into each drying section, importing hot air into each drying section to dry the pre-dried grains, and adjusting an operating speed of the rotary unit and the temperature of the hot air.
