A modular show stage apparatus includes a foldable base, a front-left pole assembly, a front-right pole assembly, a rear-left pole assembly, a rear-right pole assembly, a plurality of cross poles, and set of curtains. The front-left pole assembly, the front-right pole assembly, the rear-left pole assembly, the rear-right pole assembly are perimetrically mounted to the foldable base. The plurality of cross bars is mounted to the pole assemblies and functions as the roofing structure for the modular show stage apparatus. The set of curtains is attached to the plurality of cross poles so that the rear side, the left side, and the right side of the modular show stage apparatus can be covered. The set of curtains also slidably positioned about the front side of the modular show stage apparatus so that the foldable stage can be open and closed for the audience.

A portable lighting system for single-handed operation includes abase for supporting the portable lighting system, a light source positioned on the base, a traveler having a key member attached to a rotating shaft mechanism extending from the traveler, and a frame connected to the base and the traveler and enclosing the light source. The frame includes a plurality of flexible ribs attached to the base at a first end and to the traveler at a second end, a latch plate having a key opening for engaging the key member and spaced a distance from the traveler, and at least one guide track connected between the traveler and the latch plate. The traveler is movable along the guide member from a starting position toward the latch plate causing the flexible ribs to bend outwardly and the key member is configured to enter the key opening and rotate via the rotating shaft mechanism to lock the traveler from returning to the starting position on the guide track. This configures the lighting system for use.

A portable, foldable, washable photography backdrop includes a cover and a base frame. The cover includes a first side and a second side with a pocket created therebetween. The base frame is sized and shaped to fit in the pocket of the cover. The base frame is collapsible to reconfigure the photography backdrop from a deployed backdrop state wherein the base frame supports the cover in a generally flat state to a compact state wherein the cover is folded.
