FUEL DEVICE AND THE USE THEREOF IN A MOTOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a fuel cell device (1) having a fuel cell (2) which, during operation, emits water as a product of cold combustion; a supply air path (3) leading to the fuel cell (2) for a cathode supply air flow (5), which defines a supply air flow direction (4), the cathode supply air flow coming from water-containing supply air supplied to the fuel cell (2); and an exhaust air path (7)leading away from the fuel cell (2), for a cathode exhaust air flow (9), which defines an exhaust air flow direction (8), the cathode exhaust air flow coming from water-containing exhaust air flowing out of the fuel cell (2). The supply air path (3) and the exhaust air path (7) are routed through a humidifier (10) of the fuel cell device (1), which humidifier communicates fluidically with the supply air and the exhaust air, to humidify the supply air and dehumidifying the exhaust air. The exhaust air path (7) is also routed through a water separator (11) of the fuel cell device (1), which water separator communicates fluidically with the exhaust air, for removing water from the exhaust air and for providing this water as evaporation water. The fuel cell device (1) also has a heat exchanger (12) for cooling the fuel cell (2), which heat exchanger has an evaporative cooler (13) for cooling the heat exchanger (12). It is essential that the evaporative cooler (13) is assigned to the water separator (11) in fluidic communication and that it is supplied with evaporation water by same.

At least one part of the fluid connection block is laterally offset with respect to a circulation wall of the end plate.
Temperature control system for electric vehicles
The invention relates to a thermal control system for an electric vehicle comprising: a high voltage battery; a first heat exchanger adapted to be in contact with the ambient for circulating a heat exchange medium in thermal contact with the ambient; a second heat exchanger in thermal contact with the battery; a heat transport system for transporting the heat exchange medium from the first heat exchanger to an evaporator/condenser assembly that is in thermal contact with the second heat exchanger for transfer of heat to the battery and for transporting the heat exchange medium back to the first heat exchanger. At least one of the first and second heat exchangers is provided with a vibration device, such as an ultrasonic transducer, for releasing of ice formed on the at least one heat exchanger.
Heating system and method for heating the interior of a vehicle and motor vehicle
A heating system and method for heating the interior of a vehicle, such as a motor vehicle, which has an air-air heat exchanger having a heat storage medium, and which is configured to transfer heat between exhaust air, drawn out of the interior, and intake air, supplied to the interior from the vehicle environment, between the exhaust air and the heat storage medium, and between the intake air and the heat storage medium.
Wireless charging pad with evaporative cooling
Methods, systems, devices and apparatuses for a charging apparatus for a vehicle. The charging apparatus includes a first sensor configured to measure or detect a temperature of the electronic device. The charging apparatus includes at least one of a blower, a bypass valve or a vent configured to adjust the temperature of the electronic device or a surface of a charging pad. The charging apparatus includes a processor coupled to the first sensor and the at least one of the blower, the bypass valve or the vent. The processor is configured to determine that the temperature of the electronic device exceeds a first threshold temperature. The processor is configured to control the at least one of the blower, the bypass valve or the vent to increase or decrease the temperature of the electronic device or the surface of the charging pad.
Liquid-cooled heat dissipation device and vehicle
A liquid-cooled heat dissipation device is disclosed, comprising a main body, a centrifugal pump, an inlet pipe, an outlet pipe, a centrifugal fan and a motor. The main body comprises a shaft hole, liquid flow channels and airflow channels. The centrifugal pump guides a cooling liquid through the inlet pipe, main body and outlet pipe. The centrifugal fan guides air into the main body axially from the shaft hole. After passing through the centrifugal fan, the air forms centrifugal airflows and leaves the body radially through the airflow channels. With an extended flow path of the cooling liquid and the radial flow of the centrifugal airflow provided by the present invention, the temperature of the cooling liquid may be quickly reduced and the cooling effect may be improved. Thus, the structure is compact, small, light-weight, easy-to-assemble.

A heat exchanger may include a collector and a connecting pipe. The collector may include at least one insertion opening. The connecting pipe may be inserted in the at least one insertion opening. The connecting pipe may include at least one bulge projecting radially to the outside. The at least one bulge may form a stop of the connecting pipe in an insertion direction in the at least one insertion opening. The at least one bulge may indicate a predefined angle-of-rotation position of the connecting pipe in the at least one insertion opening.
