A heat exchanger cabinet includes a base pallet. A heat exchanger base bracket of a selected fixed height or of an adjustable height bracket provides a support for a bottom of a heat exchanger, such that regardless of a height the heat exchanger, and within a range of different heat exchanger heights, a plurality of top mounted fluid inlets and outlets of the heat exchanger are disposed at about a same height above the base pallet. A set of heat exchanger base brackets, a stackable heat exchanger base bracket, a heat shield for a heat exchanger cabinet, and a heat exchanger cabinet for a vertically mounted heat exchanger are also described.

A heat exchanger arrangement (2) comprises at least one heat exchanger (4) including at least one substantially horizontally oriented manifold (6a, 6b) forming an upper side of the at least one heat exchanger (4), the at least one manifold (6a, 6b) having lateral end portions (8); and a support structure (10) including a main portion comprising, at least partially, a metallic material, and manifold support portions (14) associated to respective lateral end portions (8) of the at least one manifold (6a, 6b). The manifold support portions (14) are made at least partially from a non-metallic material and configured to receive the lateral end portions (8) of the at least one manifold (6a, 6b) for preventing the at least one manifold (6a, 6b) from contacting any metallic portions of the support structure (10).

Two side channels are for mounting the first heat exchanger. Each side channel defines a back and two side walls protruding from the back. An elongate member is at each end of a tank of the first heat exchanger. Each elongate member extends through the tank and being attached at each end to one of the side walls of one of the two channels so that the elongate member spans the channel to mount the first heat exchanger to the channel. The tank includes a recessed region between two parts of the tank and the elongate member extends through an aperture defined in each of the parts, such that an exposed portion of the elongate member is outside the tank. The second heat exchanger is mounted to the exposed portions of two elongate members of the first heat exchanger via connecting unit.

A split bay forced draft air-cooled heat exchanger includes first and second bay sub-assemblies. Each sub-assembly includes a tube bundle, a plenum half positioned under the tube bundle and base beams supporting the tube bundle and the plenum half. Also included is a fan assembly having a fan, a fan motor and a drive assembly and a machinery mount upon which the fan assembly is mounted. The machinery mount is attached to base beams of the first bay sub-assembly and is configured to removably attach to base beams of the second sub-assembly with the fan configured to force air into a plenum made up of the plenum halves and across the tube bundles.
