Guiding panel for condenser, condenser and refrigeration system
A deflector for a condenser. The condenser has an inlet in communication with a compressor, and a deflector for guiding a refrigerant gas flow from the compressor is arranged in the condenser and at a position close to the inlet. The deflector is provided with a deflecting structure projecting toward the inlet, and the deflecting structure is configured as impermeable to the refrigerant gas flow.

Methods and devices heat or cool viscous materials, such as meat emulsions useful for producing food and other products. The devices have a heat exchanger including a first plate, a second plate attached to the first plate, and a first spacer and a second spacer arranged between the first plate and the second plate. The first plate, the second plate, the first spacer, and the second spacer define at least one temperature controlled passage for a product to pass through the heat exchanger.
HEAT EXCHANGER AND AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a heat exchanger and an air-conditioning system. The heat exchanger includes heat exchange tubes. The heat exchange tubes have first heat exchange tubes configured to form a first circuit, and second heat exchange tubes configured to form a second circuit. With the heat exchanger and the air-conditioning system according to the embodiments of the present invention, for example, a heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger in a part load condition is improved.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a vapor compression system that includes a refrigerant loop, a compressor disposed along the refrigerant loop and configured to circulate refrigerant through the refrigerant loop, a condenser disposed downstream of the compressor along the refrigerant loop and configured to condense vapor refrigerant to liquid refrigerant, a subcooler coupled to the condenser, where the subcooler is external of a shell of the condenser, and where the subcooler is configured to receive the liquid refrigerant from the condenser and to cool the liquid refrigerant to subcooled refrigerant, and an evaporator disposed downstream of the subcooler along the refrigerant loop and configured to evaporate the subcooled refrigerant to the vapor refrigerant.

Provided is an air conditioner capable of improving heating performance in a cold region by reducing a refrigerant pressure loss in an outdoor heat exchanger in a heating operation. The air conditioner includes a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion device, and an indoor heat exchanger. The outdoor heat exchanger may include a plurality of unit channels into which a refrigerant channel is partitioned, and a separating device installed in each of the plurality of unit channels and configured to separate a liquid refrigerant component and a vapor refrigerant component in each of the plurality of unit channels in a heating operation. The air conditioner may further include a compressor suction channel connecting a heating-operation outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger and an inlet of the compressor, and a bypass pipe connecting the separating device and the compressor suction channel.

A passive flow divider for providing outflows is described. The passive flow divider includes at least one inlet for an inflow and a plurality of outlets for said outflows, a housing enclosing a main partition that separates an intake space and a discharge space, a common end located at an interface between the intake space and the discharge space, and a baffle arranged in the intake space between said inlet and the common end. The passive flow divider further includes a plurality of distribution chambers arranged in the discharge space and adjacent to each other, each distribution chamber being arranged to lead an outflow from the common end to one of the outlets.

A heat exchanger for a steam generator according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a plate and channels formed on the plate by an photo-chemical etching method, wherein the channels comprise: a primary heat transmission section formed in a manner of having a bent or curved flow path so as to be extended longer than the length at which one side and the other side are connected in a straight line; and a flow path resistance section, formed having a smaller width than the width of the channels formed on the primary heat transmission section and being connected to the one side of the primary transmission section in a manner of having a bent or curved flow path so as to be extended longer than the length at which an inlet and an outlet are connected in a straight line.

A heat exchange core according to an embodiment includes a plurality of first layers including a plurality of first flow paths, a first header connected to the plurality of first flow paths, and a plurality of second layers including a plurality of second flow paths and disposed alternately with the first layers in a layering direction. The first header includes a first main header extending in the layering direction and a first sub header provided on each of the plurality of first layers and connected to the first main header. End portions of some of the plurality of first flow paths are connected to the first main header, and end portions of a remainder of the plurality of first flow paths are connected to the first sub header.

A plate heat exchanger and a heat exchanger plate for evaporation of a first fluid are disclosed. The heat exchanger plate comprises a heat exchanger area extending in parallel with an extension plane of the heat exchanger plate and comprising a corrugation of ridges and valleys. An edge area extends around the heat exchanger area. Portholes extend through the heat exchanger area and comprise a first inlet porthole for said first fluid. A peripheral rim surrounds the first inlet porthole and extends transversely to the extension plane from a root end to an edge. The peripheral rim has a circumferential length and comprises a flat or substantially flat portion. A restriction hole extends through the flat or substantially flat portion.

Provided is a heat exchanger, including: a refrigerant distributor including: a gas-liquid separating portion having a function of separating a gas-liquid refrigerant mixture into a liquid refrigerant and a gas refrigerant; and a distributing portion provided to the gas-liquid separating portion. A plurality of heat transfer pipes connected to the distributing portion. The plurality of heat transfer pipes are arranged side by side in a first direction, and extend along a second direction intersecting with the first direction. When the refrigerant distributor is viewed along a direction orthogonal to each of the first direction and the second direction, a first space forming portion overlaps a region of the plurality of heat transfer pipes. When the refrigerant distributor and the heat transfer pipes are viewed along the first direction, a clearance is present between the gas-liquid separating portion and the heat transfer pipes.
