WIPED MUZZLE DEVICE
A wiped muzzle device, such as a compensator, brake or flash suppressor. The wipe improves the function of the muzzle device by forcing muzzle blast gases through the ports or vents to either counter the force vector created by the muzzle blast gases or alter the mixing of gases to reduce muzzle flash.
WIPE-CUTTING TOOL
A wipe-cutting tool integrated into a firearm or firearm accessory, or component thereof, which can be replaced in the field. The muzzle accessories may include a suppressor, a brake, a compensator or a flash suppressor. The components may include an endcap, the end of an accessory, a muzzle or a baffle. Cutting blades are integrated into the firearm or muzzle accessory and may be integrally formed with the suppressor or compensator tube as well as with a muzzle end cap attached to the tube. When pressed into a substrate of material suitable to form a wipe the cutting blade separates a wipe from the substrate which can be readily inserted into the suppressor or compensator at the muzzle end.

FIREARM SUPPRESSOR
Disclosed herein are suppressors for use with firearms or the like, and methods of making and using such firearm suppressors. Some aspects relate to a firearm suppressor including a helical portion extending helically around a cylindrical body portion, at least a section of the helical portion being canted such that it extends radially outward from the cylindrical body portion at an oblique angle relative to a plane normal to the central longitudinal axis. In some cases, the helical portion is canted distally.
In another respect, a firearm suppressor including a helical portion extending radially outward from and helically around a cylindrical body portion having a bore to define a crest and a root, and at least one channel extends from an inner opening along the bore to an outer opening along the root of the helical portion.
In yet another respect, a firearm suppressor including a cylindrical wall defining a central bore extending about a longitudinal axis, and one or more cooling bores spaced from the central bore, the cooling bores extending into the wall offset from the central longitudinal axis.

Firearm suppressor
An apparatus is provided for a firearm suppressor. The apparatus includes an outer tube defining a longitudinal axis, and an inner cylinder defining an inner chamber. The inner cylinder is disposed at least partially within the outer tube and defines an outer chamber with the outer tube, where the outer chamber is disposed between an inner surface of the outer tube and an outer surface of the inner cylinder, and where the inner cylinder comprises at least one opening to fluidly couple the inner chamber with the outer chamber. The apparatus also includes at least one flow structure disposed in the outer chamber and positioned to direct firearm combustion gasses in a fluid pathway that is off-axis with respect to the longitudinal axis.
Firearm suppressor
An apparatus is provided for a firearm suppressor. The apparatus includes an outer tube defining a longitudinal axis, and an inner cylinder defining an inner chamber. The inner cylinder is disposed at least partially within the outer tube and defines an outer chamber with the outer tube, where the outer chamber is disposed between an inner surface of the outer tube and an outer surface of the inner cylinder, and where the inner cylinder comprises at least one opening to fluidly couple the inner chamber with the outer chamber. The apparatus also includes at least one flow structure disposed in the outer chamber and positioned to direct firearm combustion gasses in a fluid pathway that is off-axis with respect to the longitudinal axis.
Gas tube supports for post barrel plenum operated gas cycling system for automatic firearms
A gas tube support system for a gas-actuated firearm contains an annular or bored housing for receipt of a gas tube therein, thereby securing the gas tube during operation of the firearm. At least one or more bores are drilled or formed within the annular or bored housing to provide an impingement of the gas tube as it extends through the annular or bored housing. One or more fasteners are threadedly or otherwise received within a corresponding one of one or more respective bores, thereby securing the gas tube within the annular or bored housing. A gas-actuated firearm containing the gas tube support system is also provided.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR IMPROVING THE AIM OF A WEAPON STATION, FIRING A POINT-DETONATING OR AN AIR-BURST PROJECTILE
The method and apparatus for a remote weapon station or incorporated into manually-aimed weapons. The methodology requires use of a muzzle velocity sensor that refines the aiming of the second and subsequent fires or volleys fired from weapon systems. When firing the first volley a weapon uses an estimated velocity and, at firing, the muzzle velocity of a projectile is measured. When firing the second volley a weapon's fire control calculates an aiming point using the measured velocity of the first volley.
