Knife with automatic blade retraction
A knife (1) with automatic blade retraction including a housing (2), a moveable actuating device (4), a rotatable blade unit (30), and a retraction element (34) which always applies a retraction force to the blade unit (30) in the direction of the retracted position. The rotatable blade unit (30) can be brought into engagement with the actuating device (4) and is moveable by means of the actuating device (4) from a position retracted in the housing (2) into a position extended from the housing (2). The blade unit (30) is also rotatable by the action of a cutting force in an extended position from an engagement position in which the blade unit (30) is in engagement with the actuating device (4) into a release position in which the blade unit (30) is not in engagement with the actuating device (4).
Picatinny Mountable Bayonets
A bayonet mounting fixture can adapt a rifle having a mounting rail to also have a bayonet mount. Previously, bayonets were often mounted to a firearm by passing the barrel through a hole in the guard and then attaching the rear end of the bayonet to a bayonet mount or mounting lug further back. The bayonet mounting fixture can have a forward mount and a rear mount attached to the mounting rail. The forward mount has a round piece that can go inside the hole in the bayonet's guard. The rear mount can have a mounting lug to which the rear end of the bayonet is attached.

Tactical attachment system for firearms
A system for mounting a plurality of tactical attachments to firearms is disclosed. Tactical attachments such as laser illumination sights, flashlights, bayonets, and breaching tools are interchangeable and attached with a single adapter mounted to the end of a magazine ammunition tubes and auxiliary accessory rails such as Picatinny rails. Adapters of varying lengths provide increased ammunition capacity. The tactical attachments have a common mounting structure for mating to the adapter, which includes a optional locking ring to assure the tactical device cannot become dislodged from the adapter during firearm usage. The adapter/tactical device interface allows rapid swapping of tactical devices without the need of tools. Tactical attachment lighting devices such as flashlights and laser sights are provided with wireless remote turn on/off and lighting mode switching capability.
REMOVABLE AND RETRACTABLE FIREARM BAYONET SYSTEM
Example embodiments of a removable and retractable firearm bayonet system are provided that include a blade and a mount. In typical embodiments, the blade is secured within the mount and the mount provides at least two secured positions. The secured positions include a retracted position wherein the blade is secured at least partially within the mount and an extended position wherein the blade is secured to the mount with at least a portion of the blade extending beyond the mount. In typical embodiments, the mount also includes one or more removable attachments to secure the mount to a rail system of a firearm.
