Over Center Expanding Arrowhead
Improvements in an expanding arrowhead where the initial launching thrust of launching an arrow keeps the blades retracted within the head of the arrow. The blades remain retracted because the center of mass of the blades is on the opposite side of the rotational pivoting axis of the blades. When the blades contact a target a wing tip on the blades pull the blades open. There are two or three blades that can be retained within the head of the arrow. The blades are loosely retained in a retracted orientation for transportation. The retention is sufficient to overcome the forces or gravity yet release with slight force on then ends of the blades. When the arrow is pulled through the wound track the blades fold back into the head or body.

PROJECTILE WITH CORE-LOCKING FEATURES AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING
A firearm projectile has a core extending along a central axis from a base portion to a tip portion, the base portion generally having a cylindrical shape and the tip portion comprising an ogive shape. A jacket encases the core along the base portion and the tip portion, the jacket having a shank portion defining a closed rear end and an ogive portion extending to an open front end. Protrusions extend into the core from an inside of the shank portion, the protrusions having a spaced-apart arrangement with each protrusion engaging the core to retain the core together with the jacket upon impact with a target.

FRAGMENTING BULLET
A fragmenting bullet has a metal core having a generally cylindrical rear section and a tapering forward section, a plurality of spaced slots in the forward section forming a plurality of prongs. A metal jacket encloses and substantially conforms to the core. The jacket has an open forward end, and a plurality of lines of weakness in the portion of the jacket over the forward section of the core.
Non-Jacketed Bullet and Method of Manufacturing a Non-Jacketed Bullet
A non-jacketed bullet including a monolithic sintered body and a sintered projectile tip. The monolithic sintered body includes a base portion and a deformed hollow nose portion, and the sintered projectile tip includes a base portion and a nose portion. A portion of the sintered projectile tip extends into the deformed hollow nose portion of the monolithic sintered body and a portion of the sintered projectile tip extends from a distal end of the deformed hollow nose portion of the monolithic sintered body. Also, a method of manufacturing a non-jacketed bullet including providing a monolithic sintered body including a base portion and a hollow peripheral portion providing a sintered projectile tip, inserting a portion of the sintered projectile tip into the hollow portion of the monolithic sintered body, and forming the hollow peripheral portion into the shape of a hollow tapered nose.

Partially dividing projectile or dividing projectile with a PB-free core interspersed with predetermined breaking points
The invention relates to a method for producing a core (1) for a projectile (2). So that the dividing behavior of the projectile can be set in a simple manner, wherein the core is lead-free, it is proposed that one or more wires or wire sections composed of a lead-free material are compressed to form a cavity-free core (1), wherein the wires or wire sections have one or more geometrical shapes (3) in the interior or on the outside diameter and/or predetermined braking points (4) obtained during the compression are provided in the core (1).

Projectile with Enhanced Ballistics
The present invention provides a projectile device and a method of manufacture of a projectile device and in particular to a pistol bullet and a rifle bullet and method of manufacture of the same. In one embodiment, the projectile apparatus has a cylindrical body portion having a diameter, a front nose section tapering from a most proximal point of the projectile to the cylindrical body portion, and a rear tail section connected to the body portion and extending to the most distal point of the projectile, in which the front nose portion comprises a plurality of twisting depressions forming troughs.
