Remote treatment system
A remote treatment system may include a cone assembly including a spine and a cone body at least partially surrounding the spine, a marking payload, a syringe coupled to a portion of the cone assembly and adapted to store a syringe payload for treating a target, and a vanes cup. The vanes cup may have an inner diameter sized to receive an outer diameter of the syringe. The vanes cup may also include stabilization means for stabilizing the remote treatment system. Further, a pressure means within the vanes cup may be configured to apply a pressure against the payload within the syringe. In response to an impact between the cone assembly and the target, the payloads are expressed from the remote treatment system.

Bullet with controlled fragmentation
A bullet with controlled fragmentation has a core in the form of a generally cylindrical body having a forward end and a rear end and intermediate side portions extending there between, the forward end of the core defining a cavity, a jacket encompassing the rear end and at least selected portions of the sides of the core, the jacket having a sidewall having a first drive band portion having a first wall thickness, and a second portion immediately forward of the drive band portion having a second thickness less than the first thickness, the exterior of the jacket defining a cannelure groove encircling the bullet, and the cannelure groove being positioned forward of the first drive band portion. The drive band may have forward edge defining a step. The bullet of the present invention may also be received in the case mouth of a rimless case and be partially protruding therefrom.

Rear-deploying mechanical broadhead
Rear-deploying mechanical broadheads may be provided having stationary blades that open only through movement of a drive pin/key secured within a slot or chamber in the body of the broadhead. The drive pin/key may act as bleeder blades, thereby forming a mechanical broadhead with bleeder blades. The stationary blades may be pinned to the tip of the broadhead through blade pins, thereby keeping the blades stationary during flight toward a target and lessening the likelihood that the broadhead may be errant in its movement toward a target.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS TO PRODUCE METALURGICALLY PROGRAMMED TERMINAL PERFORMANCE PROJECTILES
The present invention in some aspects is directed to small arms ammunition and programmed upset characteristics thereof imparted to them using high energy beams. More particularly, the invention relates to ammunition and methods of making ammunition having predetermined patterns of engraving and/or cutting or hardening and/or annealing imparted in the ammunition's forward portion using a programming laser or electron beam system adapted for treating projectiles to effect predetermined and consistent upset configurations.
Bullet and practice cartridge for use on a shooting range
Disclosed is a bullet and practice cartridge for use on a shooting range having a cylindrical rear part and an ogive region at the nose end. The ogive region has a rear end and a bullet tip. In order that the bullet behaves like a conventional full metal jacket round nose bullet in a soft target, and moreover has a low energy output in the soft target, that the bullet does not deform or splinter in soft materials, and that the bullet does not puncture protective materials of bullet catchers, the bullet is constructed in one piece, the ogive region is closed all round a cavity and the wall thickness of the ogive region decreases constantly from the rear end to the tip.

Expanding subsonic projectile and cartridge utilizing same
An expanding subsonic projectile has a body having an ogive of greater than about 8 calibers. The body at least partially defines a hollow bore and a hydrostatic ram disposed proximate a first end of the bore.
