A heat machine for realizing a heat cycle, operating with a thermal fluid includes a drive unit. A first rotor and a second rotor, each having three pistons slidable in an annular chamber, wherein the pistons delimit six variable-volume chambers. The drive unit includes a transmission to convert the rotary motion with first and second periodically variable angular velocities of said first and second rotor, offset from each other, into a rotary motion at a constant angular velocity. The heat machine further includes a compensation tank, to accumulate the compressed fluid from the drive unit, a regenerator to preheat the fluid, a heater to superheat the fluid circulating in the serpentine coil, a burner, to supply the thermal energy to the heater; wherein the regenerator, in fluid communication with the drive unit, is configured to acquire energy-heat from the exhausted fluid and to preheat the fluid sent to the heater.

The invention relates to a spherical working chamber and to two flat rotary pistons as internally turning, rotating pistons that are used to produce energy, which flat rotary pistons are driven by means of a descent of creeks, rivers or gray water and rainwater from high-rise buildings. Because of the even rotation of the output shaft of the flange-mounted transmission, an electrical generator can be connected. The energy converter plus generator can also be used as a mobile unit in emergency situations at waterfalls in order to generate electricity.

Rotary engine with its passive piston running at variable speed

One embodiment may include a rotary engine, whose cylinder is in doughnut-shape. A cross-section of the cylinder is circular. The engine includes a pair of rotation disks, a power disk and passive disk. A power-output shaft is coaxial with an axis of the cylinder. A power piston and passive piston rotate around an axis of the power-output shaft. A space between the power piston in front and the passive piston at the back is a working chamber. When combustion and expansion take place in the working chamber, the power piston will be pushed forward continuously by the expanding gases, and output power via the power-output shaft. The passive piston relies on a driving system to drive it moving forward. Volume of the working chamber varies within one revolution of rotation. Larger volume of the working chamber causes combustion and expansion. Smaller volume of the working chamber causes compression and emission.

GEARING ASSEMBLY

The present invention relates to a gearing assembly suitable for use with a rotary engine, compressor or pump. Non-circular gears are used to drive rotors at different relative speeds to increase or decrease the volume of a series of chambers and provide the necessary requirements for intake, compression, combustion and exhaust cycles which are typical of an internal combustion engine. The non-circular gears may physically intermesh or be coupled by way of a belt or chain. The relative movement of the rotors can be controlled according to the application by the ratio of the major to minor axis of the non-circular gears. The non-circular gears may be easily removed without having to disassemble the entire gearing system.
