Rotor and Vane with Insert
A rotor assembly has a vane which engages an eccentric cam block using an insert. The insert is removably attached to the vane. The vane is captured within a transverse slot in the rotor and executes reciprocal motion transversely to the axis of rotation of the rotor as the rotor rotates.
VANE PUMP
A vane pump includes a rotor; a plurality of slits that are formed in the rotor, the plurality of vanes being respectively inserted into the plurality of slits in a slidable manner; a cam ring that has a cam face on which tip-ends of the vanes slide by the rotation of the rotor; and pump chambers that are defined by the rotor, the cam ring, and an adjacent pair of the vanes. The plurality of vanes have a plurality of first vanes that are formed by applying a DLC coating on a base material and second vanes that are formed such that the base material is exposed, the first vanes being respectively inserted into at least two adjacent slits of the plurality of slits.
SPLIT-CHAMBER ROTARY ENGINE IMPROVEMENTS
This invention relates to the field of internal combustion engines and compressors in general and to linear compressors, in particular these used as in U.S. Pat. No. 8,056,527, by accurately controlling the pressure being delivered into the combustion chambers of said engine while returning unused energy of the compression phase into the motor for complete expansion.
Another improvement relates to a pressure compensated vane to be used inside grooves of the motor assembly rotor. This invention enables the vane to seal against the cavity of the housing tightly with minimal force.
Rotary vane actuator and vane assembly
A vane assembly for use in a rotary vane actuator, the vane assembly comprising: a rotatable vane having a first side and a second side; a vane axle connected to the rotatable vane for converting pressure exerted on the rotatable vane into rotational motion; a vane seal on the first side of the rotatable vane, the vane seal being for sealing the rotatable vane; and a side-plate on the first side of the rotatable vane, the side-plate clamping the vane seal in position; wherein the side-plate comprises: an outer part providing an outer surface of the side-plate, the outer part defining an internal volume; and an inner part filling or substantially filling the internal volume defined by the outer part, the inner part being distinct from the outer part.
Vane for a vane cell pump and vane cell pump
A vane for a vane cell vacuum pump. The vane can be rotated about an axis of rotation by a rotor in a pump chamber and guided in the longitudinal direction in the rotor, with an upper side and a lower side to abut against the bottom and the ceiling of the pump chamber, with a rear side opposite a front side to limit the pressure chambers, with at least one face to slidably abut against an inside wall of the pump chamber on the casing side. The vane comprises a base body of a first plastic material and a vane end molded of a second plastic material to the base body forming the face. The base body comprises a mounting section around which the vane end is formed. The mounting section comprises at least one recess transverse to the front side and/or the rear side.
Pump and Blocking Device
A blocking device for a pump having a rotor that is rotatable about a rotation axis in a pump duct and comprises a rotor hub and a rotor collar that extends from the rotor hub in the radial direction and encircles it in an undulating manner, wherein the blocking device comprises a plurality of blocking elements which are configured to block the pump duct in the axial direction on both sides of the rotor collar, wherein each of the plurality of blocking elements has a slot with a U-shaped sealing profile for abutting against the rotor collar, a sealing face for abutting against the rotor hub, and two contacting faces for abutting against a seat of the pump duct and/or against a contacting face of another blocking element of the plurality of blocking elements, and to a pump having a corresponding blocking device.
AN INTELLIGENT VACUUM PUMP WITH LOW POWER CONSUMPTION
A vacuum pump for automobiles used for brake application is provided wherein a method of reducing power consumption and running torque in a vacuum pump of a motor vehicle is explained. The present invention also provides a vacuum pump for automobiles comprising an actuator, a new vane locking assembly, a new vane and rotor assembly, a new non return valve assembly, the controlled oil supply means and a reed stopper assembly that reduces power loss and unnecessary frictional forces and to maintain a controlled oil supply to the vacuum pump.
Rotary compressor
A rotary compressor includes a sealed vertical compressor housing, a compressing unit, and a motor. A refrigerant discharging unit is provided at an upper part and a refrigerant intake unit is provided at a lower part side surface in the sealed vertical compressor housing. The compressing unit is disposed on the lower part of the compressor housing, includes an annular cylinder, an end plate including a bearing unit and a discharge valve unit and blocking end portions of the cylinder, an annular piston that engages with an eccentric portion of a rotation axis supported by the bearing unit, revolves along a cylinder inner wall of the cylinder in the cylinder, and forms a cylinder chamber between the cylinder inner wall and the annular piston, and a vane. The motor is disposed on the upper part of the compressor housing, and drives the compressing unit via the rotation axis.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR AND REFRIGERATING CYCLE DEVICE
A rotary compressor has a blade which is provided in a cylinder so that reciprocating movement can be performed. The blade partitions a cylinder chamber into a suction chamber and a compression chamber by making a tip end portion of the blade contact the outer peripheral surface of a roller. The blade includes two blade members provided so as to be superimposed in an axial direction of a rotary shaft. Tip end portions of the two blade members are made to contact the outer peripheral surface of the roller. The two blade members are energized by a coil spring so that superimposed portions of the blade members are made in contact.
