The lockwire extends across the plurality of axial grooves of the rotor wheel within each of the circumferential slots of the posts and the blades from a first end to a second end to inhibit axial displacement of the blades within the grooves. The locking key is disposed between the first and second ends of the lockwire and provides support to at least one of the ends of the lockwire to prevent radially inward displacement.

The platform includes an upstream edge. The upstream edge includes a lug for engaging in a locking notch of the disk in such a way as to hold the vane axially in relation to the disk, according to the longitudinal direction of the receiving element.
Rotor wheel for a turbine engine
A rotor wheel for a turbine engine, such as an airplane turboprop or turbojet, the rotor wheel including a rotor disk including teeth at its outer periphery defining slots for axially mounting and radially retaining blade roots. An annular lip includes an annular rim extending axially downstream from and radially towards an inside of a radial retaining mechanism formed to project axially from an upstream face of the disk, and a sealing mechanism is arranged radially inside the annular lip and upstream ends of platforms of the blades.

The present application provides a turbine rotor and blade assembly for a steam turbine. The turbine rotor and blade assembly may include a rotor, a number of buckets positioned about the rotor and a locking blade positioned about the rotor. The locking blade may include a base, a first side hook, and a second side hook. The locking blade may include a first side pilot hole defined between the base and the first side hook and a second side pilot hole defined between the base and the second side hook.
TURBINE BLADE ATTACHMENT CURVED RIB STIFFENERS
The present disclosure provides a fir tree coupling for gas turbine engine parts comprising a load beam having a longitudinal axis, a rounded base, a first side, and a second side, wherein the rounded base has a radius of curvature from the first side to the second side, a tooth running parallel to the longitudinal axis and disposed on the first side of the load beam. The fir tree coupling may comprise a channel through the rounded base across a portion of the radius of curvature from the first side to the second side. The channel may comprise a sidewall having a sidewall step cut into a portion of the channel sidewall.
Load Absorption Systems and Methods
A load absorbing system that may include a rotor blade retention system is provided. The load absorbing system may include a block, a first retainer plate, and a deformable core. The block may be selectively positioned alongside a dovetail groove. The block may have a first face directed away from the blade root and an axially-spaced second face directed toward the blade root. The first retainer plate may be attached to the second face of the block and axially positioned between the block and the axially-directed surface of the blade root. The deformable core may be positioned between the block and the first retainer plate.
BLADED ROTOR ARRANGEMENT
A gas turbine engine bladed rotor arrangement comprises a rotor, a plurality of rotor blades and a plurality of lock plates. The rotor blades are mounted in circumferentially spaced axially extending slots in the periphery of the rotor. A plurality of lock plates are arranged at a first axial end of the rotor. The radially outer ends of the lock plates engage corresponding grooves defined by radially inwardly extending flanges on the platforms of the rotor blades. The radially inner ends of the lock plates also engage a circumferentially extending groove. The radially outer end of at least one lock plate at the first axial end of the rotor has at least one projection extending axially away from the rotor. Each projection locates against a corresponding anti-rotation feature.
IMPROVED DEVICE FOR ATTACHING BLADES IN A CONTRA-ROTATING TURBINE
Counter-rotating turbine (C) of a turbomachine (10) extending about an axis (X) and comprising an inner rotor configured to rotate about the axis of rotation (X), and comprising an inner drum on which an inner movable blading (22) is fixed, an outer rotor configured to rotate about the axis of rotation (X) in a direction opposite to the inner rotor, and comprising an outer drum (50) on which an outer movable blading (20) is fixed, the outer movable blading (20) comprising at least one fixing rod (212) extending through an orifice (51) of the outer drum (50), the outer movable blading (20) being fixed to the outer drum (50) via a clamping means (100) fixed to the fixing rod (212) from an outer face of the outer drum (50), a set ring (80) being disposed around the fixing rod (50) in the orifice (51) of the outer drum (50).
Method for disassembling/assembling gas turbine, gas turbine rotor, and gas turbine
A method for disassembling/assembling a gas turbine including a seal plate disposed on a first side of a rotor disc in an axial direction of the rotor disc, and a seal plate restraint part for restricting movement of the seal plate in a radial direction of the rotor disc. The method includes a seal-plate-restraint-state switching step of operating the seal plate restraint part from a second side in the axial direction via a clearance between a platform of a blade and a region of an outer peripheral surface of the rotor disc except a blade groove for receiving the blade to switch between a seal plate non-restraint state where the seal plate restraint part does not restrict movement of the seal plate in the radial direction and a seal plate restraint state where at least a part of the seal plate restraint part protrudes in the axial direction.
