Fuel supply device
A fuel supply device includes a pump unit that sucks stored fuel in a fuel tank from a suction port and discharges the fuel to an outside of the fuel tank. A pressure regulating valve performs pressure regulation of fuel discharged from the pump unit. The pressure regulating valve includes a return port having an opening facing in a separating direction away from the suction port, and returns surplus fuel generated by the pressure regulation from the return port into the fuel tank. A suction filter encloses an internal space where the suction port is open, and filters the stored fuel entering the internal space. The suction filter includes an expansion part to which the internal space is extended, and the expansion part is on a side of the return port that faces in the separating direction.
Pressure Regulating Valve
A pressure regulating valve includes a casing, a holder, a fixed valve, a movable valve, a spring member, a diaphragm, and a filter. The filter is configured to filter fluid flowing from a flow inlet of the casing into a pressure chamber. The filter includes a filtering part for filtering fluid and a holding part including a frame part for holding an outer periphery of the filtering part. An alignment structure configured to align the holding part at a predetermined position is provided between the holding part of the filter and the holder, or between the holding part of the filter and the casing.

Fuel Pressure Regulator And Fuel Filter Assembly
A fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter assembly includes: a housing, having a connecting end having a fuel channel; a filter element, located in an accommodating cavity of the housing; a cover plate, located at a second end of the housing; a rear cover, having one end being an opening end and another end being a spring seat, and a sidewall, the opening end being connected to the housing; a spring, a first end thereof being pressed against the spring seat; a seal arranged in the rear cover, a second end of the spring being pressed against the seal; and a fixing ring that fixes the rear cover to the connecting end of the housing, the fixing ring being welded by laser to the connecting end. When fuel pressure is no greater than a spring preload, the seal closes the fuel channel.

Fuel filter
A fuel filter for a fuel supply system of an internal combustion engine may include a filter housing, which may have an untreated-side inlet, a treated-side outlet, and an untreated-side return line. The fuel filter may also include a filter element arranged in the filter housing, and a closure element, which in an operationally ready state of the fuel filter may close off the return line. The fuel filter may include an untreated space and a treated space, and may separate in the filter housing the untreated space communicating with an inlet and the return line from the treated space communicating with the outlet. The fuel filter may further include a pressure sensor configured to measure a pressure build-up in the treated space, wherein the fuel filter may be configured to enable the pressure build-up to reach a predetermined threshold at which the engine may be started.

LIQUID AND VAPOR SEPARATOR
In at least some implementations, a liquid and vapor separator includes a body and a cover, a fuel inlet, a fuel outlet and a vent passage. A fuel pump has an inlet in communication with the interior volume and an outlet in communication with the fuel outlet. A fuel pressure regulator has an inlet in communication with the fuel pump outlet, an outlet in communication with the interior volume and a valve between the fuel pressure regulator inlet and the fuel pressure regulator outlet. The fuel pressure regulator is carried by the cover and the cover defines at least part of a fuel passage between the fuel pump outlet and the fuel outlet. An inlet valve is received within the interior volume and associated with the fuel inlet. A wall at least partially separates the area of the fuel pump from the area of the inlet valve.
