Embodiments provide a rotary lobe pump for conveying a fluid medium containing solids. Two rotary lobes have rotational axes that are spaced apart from each other a minimum length distance. A housing enclosing the two rotary lobes has an inlet opening and an outlet opening, each with a continuously decreasing convergence and defined lengths.

Gear pump bearings with hybrid pads

A journal bearing assembly includes a first journal bearing disposed about a longitudinal end of a gear shaft and spaced a first distance from a first axial gear face. A first fluid film location and a first hybrid pad location are annularly between an inner surface of the first journal bearing and an outer surface of the gear shaft. The first hybrid pad location circumferentially adjacent to the first fluid film location has a minimum leading edge angular location of at least about 31.0° measured relative to a first bearing flat. A first porting path provides high pressure fluid communication from a location outside the first journal bearing to the first fluid film location at or adjacent to the first hybrid pad location.

A closing cover integrally includes a cover main body, and a ventilation cap body. The ventilation cap body has a connecting portion that is integrally connected to the cover main body, and at least one ventilation passage hole that is disposed in the connecting portion to perpendicularly extend, and has a depth smaller than a plate thickness of the cover main body. A ventilation recessed portion is formed at a location that is positioned on an inner surface of the ventilation cap body of the closing cover. An inner wall surface defining the ventilation recessed portion is formed in such a shape that a deep side of the ventilation passage hole is opened to the inner wall surface defining the ventilation recessed portion to form a ventilation passage. A ventilation filter is installed on an inner opening portion of the ventilation recessed portion.

Internal gear pump

Provided is an internal gear pump requiring fewer machining steps, allowing inexpensive manufacture, and offering high safety from the standpoint of function. The internal gear pump 1 comprises: a trochoid 4 in which an inner rotor 3 having a plurality of outer teeth is eccentrically and rotatably accommodated in an outer rotor 2 having a plurality of inner teeth, the outer teeth meshing with the inner teeth, and in which a suction-side chamber for suctioning liquid and a discharge-side chamber for discharging liquid that has been suctioned into the suction-side chamber are formed in between the inner teeth and outer teeth; a casing 5 in which is formed a recess 5a for accommodating the trochoid 4; and a cover 6 for closing off the recess 5a of the casing 5. At least some of the casing 5 is a body injection-molded from a resin composition. The invention also comprises a groove 5d in a portion of the recess 5a of the casing 5 in which the outer periphery is sealed, with a sealing ring 13 installed therein, and bushings 7 made from sintered metal that are provided integrally during injection molding in bolt fixing hole portions.

A liquid gear pump includes a gear pump assembly and an electric motor with an motor shaft. The gear pump assembly includes a pump housing which defines a pump chamber, an inlet and an outlet which are in fluid communication with the pump chamber, and a driving gear and an idle gear which are received in the pump chamber. The driving gear is driven by the motor shaft. The idle gear is supported on an idle shaft and engaged with the driving gear. The driving gear and the idle gear are made of a material with a main component of PPS.

Internal gear pump

An internal gear pump includes a housing having a pump chamber in which an inner rotor and an outer rotor are arranged. A suction port in communication with a suction path and a discharge port in communication with a discharge path are formed at the housing. The pump chamber includes an inner wall having a suction region at a suction port-side and a discharge region at a discharge port-side. The suction region includes a first suction region extending towards the suction path from a pressing point, where the outer rotor is pressed when the internal gear pump is in operation, and a second suction region between the first suction region and the discharge region. A groove that enlarges a clearance between the outer rotor and the inner wall is formed in the first suction region, but the groove is not formed in the second suction region.

A containment assembly for a pump provided with at least one pumping group and with at least one power transmission system to such a pumping group. The containment assembly comprises a substantially cylindrical containment vessel provided with an opening at one of the ends thereof, configured to at least partially enclose the pumping group and the respective power transmission system. The containment assembly also comprises at least one closure plate, sealably coupled with the containment vessel at the open end thereof and configured to hermetically enclose, in cooperation with such a containment vessel, the pumping group and the respective power transmission system. On a predetermined contact portion between the containment vessel and the closure plate at least one wave spring is provided, configured to keep the pumping group dynamically under compression by means of the closure plate.

A scroll compressor is provided which comprises: a housing; a driving motor; an orbiting scroll rotated by the driving motor; a fixed scroll; a suction port provided in the housing and suctioning a refrigerant; an oil separator in the housing at one side of the fixed scroll; and a discharge port for discharging, to the outside of the housing, the refrigerant from which oil is separated in the oil separator. The scroll compressor includes an intermediate housing; a back pressure chamber in the intermediate housing at one side of the orbiting scroll, first and second back pressure seal members in the intermediate housing; a plurality of anti-rotation rings in the intermediate housing; and a plurality of anti-rotation pins at the orbiting scroll to be inserted into each of the plurality of anti-rotation rings.

Compact dual-section gear pump

A dual-section gear pump that enhances compactness of the design includes two pump sections separated by a divider. Each pump section includes a pump cavity and a gear set configured to convey fluid from an intake side to a discharge side of the respective pump cavities. The divider includes a fluid flow passage that enables the two pump sections to share common intake flow via the flow passage provided across the divider. The divider also is configured to enable each gear set in each pump section to provide independent pressurization of the fluid in each pump section, which is discharged from each pump cavity via separate outlets. The gear pump is configured to provide suitable sealing between each pump section and support of the respective gear sets in each pump section while enhancing compactness of the design.
