ELECTRIC PUMP
An electric pump includes a motor unit rotationally driving a drive shaft, and a pump unit. The pump unit includes a pump rotor that sends the fluid by a driving force of the driving shaft, and a pump housing that covers at least one side of the pump rotor. The pump housing includes an attachment surface extending in the axial direction and in contact with an attached body, first and second flow paths respectively on the suction side and the discharge side, and a partition wall positioned between pump-side openings of the first flow path and the second flow path facing the pump rotor, and extends in a direction along the attachment surface, and locations of attachment-side openings of the first flow path and the second flow path on the attachment surface are displaced from each other on the attachment surface in the axial direction.
ELECTRIC PUMP
An electric pump includes a motor unit rotationally driving a drive shaft, and a pump unit. The pump unit includes a pump rotor that sends the fluid by a driving force of the driving shaft, and a pump housing that surrounds at least one side of the pump rotor. The pump housing includes an attachment surface extending in the axial direction and in contact with an attached body, first and second flow paths respectively on the suction side and the discharge side, and a fixing location within the attachment surface and fixed to the attached body by a fixing member within a maximum outer shape of the motor housing as viewed in the axial direction. Opening locations of the first and second flow paths are displaced from each other in the axial direction on the attachment surface.
Thermistor flow path
A fluid pump includes a pump element in communication with an inlet and an outlet. Rotation of the pump element generates a suction at the inlet and pressure at the outlet. The suction and pressure cooperate to move a fluid through a fluid path. An accessory fluid path is in communication with the inlet and outlet. The accessory fluid path includes a thermistor in communication with the accessory fluid path. The thermistor monitors a temperature of the fluid within the accessory fluid path.
INTERNAL GEAR PUMP
Provided is an internal gear pump. The shape of any one of a plurality of external teeth and a plurality of internal teeth of the pump is formed on the basis of formulae (1)-(5). Formula (1): r=ro−dr.Math.cos θ, Formula (2): Px=(ro−dr)+1/4 dr{1−cos (2θ)}, Formula (3): Py=1/4 dr{−2θ+sin (2θ)}, Formula (4): Qx=Px−r.Math.cos θ, Formula (5): Qy=Py+r.Math.sin θ.
FLUID SUPPLY DEVICE FOR A TRANSMISSION FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A fluid supply device for a transmission of a motor vehicle. The fluid supply device comprises at least one fluid supply device housing. At least one pump and at least one electric motor are integrated in the fluid supply device housing. The fluid supply device is configured in a modular fashion.
Internal gear pump
Provided is an internal gear pump requiring fewer machining steps, allowing inexpensive manufacture, and offering high safety from the standpoint of function. The internal gear pump 1 comprises: a trochoid 4 in which an inner rotor 3 having a plurality of outer teeth is eccentrically and rotatably accommodated in an outer rotor 2 having a plurality of inner teeth, the outer teeth meshing with the inner teeth, and in which a suction-side chamber for suctioning liquid and a discharge-side chamber for discharging liquid that has been suctioned into the suction-side chamber are formed in between the inner teeth and outer teeth; a casing 5 in which is formed a recess 5a for accommodating the trochoid 4; and a cover 6 for closing off the recess 5a of the casing 5. At least some of the casing 5 is a body injection-molded from a resin composition. The invention also comprises a groove 5d in a portion of the recess 5a of the casing 5 in which the outer periphery is sealed, with a sealing ring 13 installed therein, and bushings 7 made from sintered metal that are provided integrally during injection molding in bolt fixing hole portions.
Electric pump
An electric pump includes a motor rotor provided in a first end region in the axial direction of a rotary shaft, a pump rotor provided in a second end region in the axial direction of the rotary shaft, and a pump housing supporting the rotary shaft. The pump housing has a first housing portion for accommodating the pump rotor and a second housing portion having a blocking portion. The first housing portion has a suction port for drawing in fluid and a discharge port for discharging the drawn-in fluid.
Vehicle
A vehicle including a housing supported on a framework member of the vehicle via a supporting member, a liquid medium supply unit fixed to the housing and driven by a motor to supply a liquid medium to a cooled or lubricated portion, and a first atmosphere communicating mechanism that establishes a communication between an inside of a motor portion of the liquid medium supply unit and atmosphere, the first atmosphere communicating mechanism including a volumetric member that is disposed apart from the liquid medium supply unit in a position higher than the liquid medium supply unit, that has a predetermined volumetric space, and that is fixed to the housing.
Internal gear pump
An internal gear pump includes a housing having a pump chamber in which an inner rotor and an outer rotor are arranged. A suction port in communication with a suction path and a discharge port in communication with a discharge path are formed at the housing. The pump chamber includes an inner wall having a suction region at a suction port-side and a discharge region at a discharge port-side. The suction region includes a first suction region extending towards the suction path from a pressing point, where the outer rotor is pressed when the internal gear pump is in operation, and a second suction region between the first suction region and the discharge region. A groove that enlarges a clearance between the outer rotor and the inner wall is formed in the first suction region, but the groove is not formed in the second suction region.
Internal gear pump having a rotationally fixed axial disk
An internal gear pump for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle braking system includes a pump shaft that is mounted rotatably on one side of a pinion and a ring gear that is mounted rotatably in an axial disk. The axial disk seals off the pinion and the ring gear at the sides.
