11441560 · 2022-09-13 · ·

A pump housing (4) for an eccentric screw pump, comprising a housing casing (5) extending along a housing longitudinal axis (L), a first end-face opening (6), to which a shaft seal (7) for a connection shaft (8) can be connected, and a second end-face opening (10), to which a stator (I) can be connected, and comprising a tubular inlet nozzle (11), oriented transversely to the housing longitudinal axis (L), for feeding a medium that is to be conveyed, which inlet nozzle is connected to the housing casing (5) tangentially, offset in relation to the housing longitudinal axis (L). The geometry of the inlet nozzle (11) is designed in such a way that, as the medium flows into the housing interior through the inlet nozzle (II), a flow (S) is generated which has a radial direction component (RI) directed away outwardly from the housing longitudinal axis (L) and/or an axial direction component (R2) directed towards the first end-face opening (6).

Compressor having oil guide path

A compressor includes: a driving unit including a stator, a rotor, and a rotary shaft provided in the rotor, having an oil guide path formed at an inner side in a radius direction; a compression unit coupled to the rotary shaft, having a cylinder and a piston reciprocating in the cylinder by a driving force of the driving unit; and an oil supply unit coupled to a lower end of the rotary shaft, supplying oil toward the compression unit. The oil supply unit includes a rotary portion for supplying oil toward the oil guide path while being rotated together with the rotary shaft and a fixed portion having an inner space partitioned to accommodate at least a portion of the rotary portion, and the oil guide path is formed to pass through the rotary shaft along a length direction.

Rotary compressor

A rotary compressor includes a first cylinder, a first piston and a drive shaft. The drive shaft includes a first eccentric portion, a first shaft portion rotatably supported by a first bearing, and a first coupling portion coupling the first shaft portion with the first eccentric portion. The first piston is fitted to the first eccentric portion. The first shaft portion has a cylindrical shape coaxial with the rotational center axis. R.sub.e1−e.sub.1<R.sub.1. R.sub.e1 is a radius of the first eccentric portion. R.sub.1 is a radius of the first shaft portion. e.sub.1 is an eccentricity of the first eccentric portion. An outer surface of the first coupling portion does not extend radially out of an outer surface of the first eccentric portion. The first coupling portion includes a reinforcement portion with an outer surface positioned radially outside an outer surface of the first shaft portion.

IMPROVED HYDRAULIC ORBITAL MACHINE AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING AN ORBITAL MACHINE
20210317830 · 2021-10-14 ·

Provided is a hydraulic orbital machine and a method of adjusting a hydraulic orbital machine comprising a first and a second lobed disk which rotate eccentrically about a rotation axis and within respective rotors; the machine is characterized by the fact that it has adjustment means designed to mutually angularly offset the angles at which, when the machine is at a standstill, the chambers defined between the lobed disks and the stator have minimum volume.

Electric gerotor pump and method for producing same
11092153 · 2021-08-17 · ·

An electrically driven gerotor pump has a gerotor which comprises a stationary outer gerotor element with an inner toothing that is axially delimited by two chamber walls, wherein each chamber-forming foot section of the inner toothing is paired with a pressure valve which is connected to the outlet. The gerotor also comprises an inner gerotor element with an outer toothing which is guided in the outer gerotor element in a circumferential manner on an eccentric section of the shaft and is mounted in, a rotatable manner so as to mesh with the inner toothing.

Eccentric screw pump
11035361 · 2021-06-15 · ·

An eccentric screw pump, comprising a rotor that extends along a longitudinal axis of the rotor from a drive end to a free end, a stator housing with an internal cavity that extends along the longitudinal axis from a stator inlet opening to a stator outlet opening and that is designed to accommodate the rotor, a drive motor with a drive shaft that is coupled with the rotor to transmit a torque, a first cardan joint which is placed within the transmission of the torque between the drive shaft and the rotor, and a stator outlet flange that is arranged in flow direction behind the rotor. The stator outlet flange comprises a flange connection plane that is oriented non-vertically to the longitudinal axis.

PUMP BODY ASSEMBLY, FLUID MACHINERY, AND HEAT EXCHANGE DEVICE

A pump body assembly, fluid machinery, and a heat exchange device. The pump body assembly includes: at least two structure members; a cylinder (20) disposed between the two structure members; and a piston assembly disposed in the cylinder (20). The piston assembly includes a piston sleeve (40) and a piston (50) slidably disposed in the piston sleeve (40); an upper end surface of the piston sleeve (40) fits and is limited by a lower end surface of one structure member disposed above the piston sleeve (40), so as to prevent the piston sleeve (40) from displacing along a radial direction relative to the one structure member, thereby effectively solving a problem in prior art that working efficiency of the pump body assembly is affected because the piston sleeve (40) of the pump body assembly is prone to eccentrically rotate.
