ARRANGEMENT FOR PLUG-CONNECTING ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS, AND DEVICE FOR DRIVING A COMPRESSOR WITH THE ARRANGEMENT
An arrangement for plug-connecting electrical connections through a housing, in particular a device for driving a compressor. The arrangement exhibits at least one plug-in connection with at least one plug-in connector for transmitting electrical energy, as well as one mounting element for mounting the at least one plug-in connector. The mounting element can be fixed on the housing. The mounting element exhibits on one inner surface of the housing, which encloses the volume, an opening for mounting a fastening element for fixing the mounting element on the housing. The opening is produced in such a way that it starts from the inner surface, extends into the mounting element and ends in the mounting element. The fastening element is arranged in such a way that it is inserted into the opening from the volume enclosed by the housing through a pass-through opening, that is produced in the housing.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor of the present disclosure includes a housing; a motor provided in the housing; a rotating shaft rotated by the motor; an orbital scroll orbital moved by the rotating shaft; and a fixed scroll forming a compression chamber together with the orbital scroll, wherein the housing includes a center housing through which the rotating shaft passes; a front housing forming a motor accommodating space in which the motor is accommodated; and a rear housing having a discharge chamber accommodating a refrigerant discharged from the compression chamber, a discharge port guiding the refrigerant of the discharge chamber to an outside of the housing, an introduction port into which an intermediate pressure refrigerant is introduced from the outside of the housing, and an introduction chamber accommodating the refrigerant introduced through the introduction port, and wherein the fixed scroll comprises an injection hole guiding the refrigerant of the introduction chamber to the compression chamber. Thereby, an amount of refrigerant discharged from the compression chamber is increased, and thus the performance and efficiency of the compressor may be improved.
COMPRESSOR
In a compressor compressing a refrigerant including hydrocarbon fluoride prone to disproportionate, provided, on a contact portion of the drive shaft and the bearing portion, is an elastic bearing portion as a heat generation suppression portion suppressing excessive heat generation due to line contact of an end edge portion of the bearing portion with the drive shaft during rotation of the drive shaft.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor comprises a partition plate, a compression mechanism, a capacity adjustment device and a sealing assembly. The sealing assembly isolates a back pressure chamber from a high-pressure space and low-pressure space. A first sealing portion is formed between the sealing assembly and the partition plate. The capacity adjustment device is provided with a variable pressure chamber and configured to establish or break the communication between a first compression chamber and the low pressure space by changing the pressure in the variable pressure chamber. According to the compressor, requirements for pressure in the back pressure chamber of the compressor in different load conditions can be balanced, the axial force on the compression mechanism can be reduced, the power consumption of the scroll compressor can be lowered, the system performance can be improved, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor including a housing, a motor provided in the housing, a rotary shaft configured to be rotated by the motor, an orbiting scroll configured to orbit in conjunction with the rotary shaft, a fixed scroll configured to define a compression chamber together with the orbiting scroll, and a discharge valve disposed on one surface of the fixed scroll and configured to open or close one or more discharge openings of the fixed scroll through which a refrigerant compressed in the compression chamber is discharged, in which the discharge valve includes: a discharge reed plate disposed on one surface of the fixed scroll, and a gasket retainer disposed between one surface of the fixed scroll and the housing and configured to surround the discharge reed plate.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR INCLUDING A FIRST AND A SECOND AXIAL STABILIZING ARRANGEMENT
The scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll (8) having a fixed end plate (11) and a fixed spiral wrap (12) extending from the fixed end plate (11); an orbiting scroll (9) having an orbiting base plate (14) and an orbiting spiral wrap (15) extending from a first face of the orbiting base plate (14), the orbiting spiral wrap (15) of the orbiting scroll (9) meshing with the fixed spiral wrap (12) of the fixed scroll (8) to form compression chambers (18), the orbiting base plate (14) having a flange portion (16) radially extending on at least part of the circumference of the orbiting base plate (14) and beyond an outer wall surface of the orbiting spiral wrap (15); and a first and a second axial stabilizing arrangement (29, 31) configured to axially stabilize the orbiting scroll (9), the first axial stabilizing arrangement (29) being formed between the flange portion (16) of the orbiting base plate (14) and the fixed scroll (8), and the second axial stabilizing arrangement (31) being formed between a portion of the orbiting spiral wrap (15) of the orbiting scroll (9) and the fixed end plate (11) of the fixed scroll (8).
